Everything was wonderful! Coming back to the house at the end of the day was like coming to a little haven. My room was fantastic and gave me a great view. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely chair I could use to read in the morning, along with a small desk if needed. The breakfast was delicious. My favourite was the steaming porridge loaded with fresh raspberries from the garden. The pancakes with Nutella were quite good too! Overall it was superb!

Margaret the host was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nice just small.
We expected to have access to shared areas but did not. That was my fault for not reading the ad better. This was a room in the hosts home.
Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning with berries from the garden. Margaret was accommodating for dietary issues.
We went into Inverness for a day and this was a convenient location.
Our laundry was done for a fee. Well worth it.
The room was small but very clean.

We felt completely at home at Black Isle View from the very first moment. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and gave us lots of fantastic tips and recommendations for exploring the area.
A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was freshly prepared for us every morning. And the pancakes – simply outstanding! Absolutely delicious, incredibly fluffy, and definitely some of the best we’ve ever had. 😊
Our room was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more.
We would come back in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend Black Isle View to anyone visiting the area. An easy 10 out of 10 for us and definitely one of the highlights of our Scotland trip! ❤️🏴
There honestly wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like – everything was absolutely wonderful, and we felt completely at home.
