The property was clean and served my friends and I well. It’s also centrally located and walking distances to main attractions.
The 3rd room gave very much study turned room, so quite small. The WiFi only worked downstairs and not upstairs in the bedroom. The property was musty upon entrance but that could be due to the fact that there may not have been tenants there before us. It is on a street that many people walk past so you do get to hear a lot of the foot traffic/ conversations in the morning

It was honestly the perfect property. Stayed for 3 nights with my wife, our 3 year old and my parents. We really appreciated the back garden space. The layout of the property was ideal for our needs. Really clean and well maintained. We used to live in Margate and it felt like having our own little home again by the sea.

The property was very homely, well presented and decorated. Finished off very well.
Positioned well for what we wanted to do.
Overall a lovely little place!!
Being charged £115.00 for cleaning prior to arrival that was sub standard to say the very least! No comment from the vendor re cleanliness issues.
Being given the wrong details about what was in the property.
Parking was a bit of a pain but was aware of this.
