Beds are terrrrrrible my back is a complete mess after sleeping on the mattress and the lineen was something they used in World War Two

1. In accordance with the property rules check-in is available till 22.00. Our flight arrived later so we wrote to the management in advance to negotiate our late arrival. Thus it’s expected that they answer within 48h we received no response and wrote again. No answer again and we called. The lady from Apartments told us that our late arrival is ok and someone will meet us. However in 15 minutes we received call back and she said that they cannot meet us and we need to spend 1 night somewhere in the city by our own charge ! 2. At the date of the arrival property charged us the payment but in amount exceeding the stated in booking confirmation price. When we asked for invoice lady at reception told us that it’s not her work and we need to come to the Albert hotel reception as they manage our apartment (by the way, the keys could be picked up at that hotel as well as they work 24 hours, but nobody offered us that). The lady at the hotels’ reception told us that the charge was made in accordance with Booking.com letter and showed us our preliminary booking made in August 2019 which included 12 days instead of final 9. However we made our change from 12 to 9 also in August when “no cancellation/change fees” policy apllied (what was later confirmed by Booking.con specialist). However the property refused to return us money. 3. Staff is hardly speaking English, what is unacceptable for tourist business. Especially phone conversations are useless in this case but property DO NOT USE emails or booking messenger service - that is preferrable in their case. 4. Apartment was TERRIBLY DIRTY: hair of different kind (long, short, black, brown, curly) was everywhere in the bathroom and kitchen (see photos). Also kitchen was all in oily and sticky spots. 5. However it was booked for 2 persons, the vanity kit and slippers were provided only for 1. 6. The skiroom is cold and has only small boxes for ski, the boots stay wet in it !!!
