We liiked the whole appartment and its location. We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as we were 4 adults, 2 couples. There was a possibility for cooking meals but we used only microwave for heating bread. We had lunches in restaurants. Garage under the flat was very convenient for a rented car.

2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom were a little too narrow for adults. Wider materasses would be more comfortable.

Appartement très cosy. On s'y sent chez soi. Confort avec 2 salles de bains et toilettes. L'emplacement est top avec vue de la cuisine et du salon sur le charco san gines. Super marché tout proche. Nous avons apprécié les produits de base dans l'appartement en arrivant un dimanche soir. A noter la place de garage qui est aussi un plus.

Petit problème à l'arrivée avec impossibilité de joindre la personne indiquée pour venir nous accueillir. Heureusement la communication avec le manager a été possible et l'entrée dans les lieux a pu se faire assez rapidement.

Muy espacioso y grande. Bien y bonito decorado. Vistas preciosas. Ubicación estupenda. Parking gratis. Muy bien equipado.

Camas individuales pequeñas e incómodas. Ropa de cama y baños no 100 % limpios.

We stayed in this apartment in Arrcife almost two years ago and the view on the charco is still breathtaking. The apartment is very big and comfortable and has everything you need. Also the (free) parking space below the apartment is very handy. Communication with the host through Whatsapp is great.

Two years ago we rated the apartment as excellent (10) but upon arrival this time one of the toilets was visibly broken and out of order. Subsequently a horrible (sewer) smell was present in both bathrooms. As we arrived in the weekend, the toilet could (understandably) only be repaired on Monday evening but it should have been fixed before arrival anyway also considering the higher price of this apartment compared to a similar one further on the road. As we only stayed until Tuesday morning we hardly benefited from the repairs. Furthermore, the neighbor living above the apartment was moving his furniture during the weekend around 02:00 hrs am so we did not sleep that well.

Very comfortable apartment which has everything you need. There's a lovely view over El Charco and the location couldn't be better. You are surrounded by many good restaurants - it's hard to choose.

Bedrooms have no natural light.

Lovely location around Charco de San Gines, lots of bars and restaurants. Nice walking. Lovely island, main bus station 20 minutes away, up the hill.

Apartment was lovely, a bit short on glasses and crockery.

The location was very good for restaurants and bars,lovely view from balcony, lovely space inside, all amenities inside, cooker and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, to if you wanted it, music system.

It needed air conditioning in the bedrooms as they seem to get extremely warm in the night,also a safe would be useful for guests to keep their personal items etc in.

Excellent size apartment. Well equipped kitchen and large balcony.

A small sun umbrella would be helpful on the balcony. Shower in ensuite had some mould and could benefit from extra cleaning.
