Benvenuti nel nostro paradiso sulla spiaggia! Casa di lusso a tre camere da letto splendidamente ristrutturata, spaziosa e privata situata a pochi minuti da Huntington e Newport Beach. Situata adiacente al Canyon Park in un tranquillo quartiere di Westside Costa Mesa, questa casa recentemente ristrutturata si trova a pochi minuti da tutto ciò che c'è da vedere e da fare a Orange County, tra cui Balboa Island, Disney, South Coast Plaza e altro ancora. Un ottimo posto per famiglia e amici, adorerai questa casa lontano da casa mentre ti godi la vera vita SoCal!

Facile accesso a numerose autostrade, tra cui 5, 55, 405 e 73, così come il PCH e un breve tragitto in auto dall'aeroporto John Wayne. Gli autobus pubblici OCTA passano ogni 15 minuti dalle fermate degli autobus diretti a Newport Beach. Se vai a Disneyland, prendi la Route 43 alla fermata Victoria / Harbour (direzione nord) che ti porta direttamente alle porte d'ingresso. Se desideri noleggiare biciclette, è facile raggiungere la spiaggia in 15 minuti.

We were in Cali for our daughters last travel softball tournament of the season and we wanted to stay somewhere close to Huntington Beach. This location turned out to be perfect, you are literally 10-15 away from anywhere you want to be in the area, including Downtown Disney, Newport beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine. The house was basic but had a washer and dryer which was a bonus and a nice outdoor area to sit out side and enjoy the perfect weather. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we did not have 1 single issue the entire stay.

2nd shower didn’t work, wasn’t repaired during our stay, there was no toilet paper in the place at all, had to go get it late at night on news years eve. Rented to have 2 showers for 6 adults, would like a partial refund. Living room furniture uncomfortable

We had a great time at the house. House was clean, conveniently located to some great restaurants and easy shopping. Host was fantastic to deal with. Overall a tremendous experience.

Property is in a nice area close to restaurants and few miles from beach. The home is really beautiful all I can say is they need to add a TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms. also, Livingroom furniture can be upgraded to something a little more comfortable. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay and a great host with good communication, very responsive. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Pictures show home when it was fresher, there is some wear and tear in the unit. Great kitchen, beds are comfortable, slept well. Very nice updated master bathroom. No TV in the living room, would be nice to have for kids to watch when they want to relax. Could use the extra towels as well for longer stays. The backyard space is great. Would be nice to have the blinds or curtain in the big door in the living room. Overall, great stay, really enjoyed it.

It has some wear and tear internally from previous renters likely. The living room lacks a tv but you can move it in from the main bedroom.
The home could use a fresh coat of paint and deep clean. The property management was very responsive bi should say.
I stayed for 10 Days. It was a comfortable home but I had to do some cleaning, washed down the patio furniture, and Swiffed floors.
Bottom line: It's a decent house with 3 bedroom, and 2 large bathrooms which were nice but worn.

The stay was great and location for what we needed to do. The trip was to come out and take care of effects of my brother who had passed a couple of weeks prior. The ease on and off the hwy was very good.
The VRBO was nice, but needed to be cleaner. There were a few things needed that would normally be in a pantry and a cooking drawer. For what we needed it for, It worked just fine and would most likely rent this home again. Just need to look at a new cleaning service.
