The location was in a good spot - conveniently close to Richmond Center and a few markets. The SkyTrain station is only a few blocks away, making it convenient to get to downtown (~25min ride).
The host was accomodating towards my late arrival time (11PM), and checking in was no problem.

Fantastic modern, spacious and clean apartment. All facilities and amenities provided, even down to the salt and pepper. Lovely quiet location very close to Richmond Brighouse station for easy downtown. Lots of good restaurants around. Very attentive and responsive owners. Parking included (but not used personally).
Everything was perfect.

Location was very good for getting downtown via the Skytrain.
Good sized appt with views over the city which unfortunately we could not see clearly due to smoke from wildfires.
Some areas of appt were a bit tired, the chairs in the dining area were badly worn.
