The pool was wonderful. The communication when there was a problem was great. Only complaints were the coach was uncomfortable for me and the kitchen chairs were uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a wonderful location and a great house.

My husband and I have just returned home from an amazing stay in this beautiful, clean, well equipped villa with a wonderful south facing pool. Booking and check in was easy following instructions emailed to us by the host. To our surprise and delight on arrival, some rooms have been recently decorated and modernised in the villa so it now looks a bit different than the pictures. Very family friendly with two children themed bedrooms, two huge double bedrooms with en-suites, a games room and a safety fence around the pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet, so perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the parks or exploring Orlando. However a car is a must as all the main attractions are 20 plus miles away. We have stayed in the area numerous times but there has been a few changes since our last visit in 2019. There’s now a Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Slims Chicken and 7-Eleven nearby. Very convenient when heading out in the morning or making a stop on the way back after a long day. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back to our happy place.

Amazing property in a quiet area. Some fast food places near by and a supermarket. Beds where comfy enough. Sheets need to be cotton as they nylon ish and very hot to sleep in. The bathroom showers feels like your being jet washed at the car wash its so powerful it hurts. Baths were amazing. We did have 2 gekkos running around the propery but we had no idea how they got in and we couldnt catch them. Overall it was a great holiday and we will miss the villa

Negatives: Overall, I was pretty disappointed in this rental. It is in need of serious deep cleaning. The carpets were stained, master king mattress was stained, couch had a big stain, rug in living area was stained. There was hair on a nightstand. Cosmetic issues such as holes in walls, scuffed up paint. The house could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. AC couldn’t be lowered below 72, so it was hot at night. Had to purchase 2 small fans because only one ceiling fan in master bedroom. Floor of the pool is in need of repair. Positive: Communication with Yann, the manager was good. Responded within the same day. He sent AC guy out to check the thermostat, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved. Sent maintenance guy out to fix a toilet seat issue quickly.
