I really liked that the owner was available to meet our demands like extra items (kettle) important for us culturally; brought us fresh towels and bed linen. I loved the fact that the owner was very kind and gentle to my family. We are arriving from another continent and every new moment counts. It was important to have people who are gentle, kind, and we felt very well in our temporary stay. We extended our stay because we felt home.
