Tranquillo bungalow su una strada privata e canale vicino all'autostrada 75 (8 min), decine di ristoranti e bar Tiki, The Legacy Bike Trail (5 min), 2 spiagge sul Golfo del Messico - Venice Beach (7 min) e Nokomis Spiaggia (7 min). The Red Tide, ora GONE, non è e non è mai stato un problema in questa casa.
House ha un molo privato e il lancio separato del kayak. Perfect paradise for snowbird to work & sneak out for long lunches on the water and bike trail. House was perfect with screened patio, office overlooking the water, lots of large spaces & storage, great cooking & eating accessories, quiet and wonderful views / breezes. Internet was sufficient for several laptops and phones. Never could have imagined a better kayak launch than down the driveway! Bike was good to ride out to Sarasota & back. Hosts were very pleasant, glad to have met them and have been blessed to stay there for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. All the amenities and conveniences were very much appreciated. We used the bikes to visit town and the kayaks to go to the jetty and up the river to the Capri Isles. We even saw dolphins and alligators among multiple birds. However, we decided to go to Florida east for warmer temperature and ocean. Thanks for this quiet place, home away from home.

Perfect, quiet location. Kyacks and bikes provided. Right on the canal with access to the bay and bike trail. Close to groceries and restaurants. Extremely clean. Easy communications. Very relaxing.

Amazing location close to everything yet tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, speedy communication with owner, SUPER comfortable home, and generous supply of fun-in-the-sun "tools" including: bikes, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, and coolers (WITH bottles of ice ready to go in the freezer!)

The time we spent in this lovely home was priceless. My husband never left the dock! Restaurants I would recommend Pops. Grouper sandwiches to die for. KC was awesome with my silly questions and just a delight. I would highly recommend this one.

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I. Plenty of room to spread out. A great dining room for our evening dinners. A nice screened patio to sit and relax. Bikes and kayaks available to use were convenient for accessing the bike path and canal system. Our host was great at communicating with me and was such a nice guy. We will definitely return our next time to the Nokomis/ Venice area. 5 stars across the board! Thanks

Check in was easy. Communication with the property owner was great. There were kayaks and sifters for shart tooth hunting. It was clean and truly like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting at the doc as well. Over all we would definitely stay here again and encourage anyone else to stay as well. Made our family trip with our 3 kids nice and memorable.

The house was clean and neat. The owner was accessible and honest. Convenient location.....5 min from Casey Key and short walk from Legacy Trail. Screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. We used 1 bicycle but not the kayaks.....but everything was in operating order. Thanks KC!

We enjoyed our time. It is out of the way, but close to everything we wanted to do. The weather was too cold to kayak, but the kayaks were there and ready to go. The owner was very helpful and responded to our questions/requests very promptly.

Very nice property and well mai ntained. It suited us very well, it is both quiet and private if anything it was a little big for us , but it would not stop us going back.
However, it didn't have an outside laundry drying area or one in the utility room but i believe this will be rectified by the owner. My husband had problems with the TV as he could not find a sports channel without having to pay for it which was not expected.
We did not make use of Kayaks or bikes as we were off fishing every day. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

This place has everything you need to have fun or hide from humanity. It's very clean, everything is well maintained.
There is a dock in the back yard but we used the water access across the street to put in the supplied kayaks. If you want to go to the beach they have the chairs, umbrella, sand sifters, cooler, etc. If you want to go for a bike ride they have nice bikes of various sizes as well.
We had the chance to meet the owners and they are awesome. I can't say enough good things about this place or our stay. we had a great time. Sooo much better than a hotel.
This is the absolute best bang for your buck!

Great stay at Nokomis, FL
We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very peaceful property with a canal outback. The location is perfect for biking and kayaking. No one in the family was ready to leave when it was time, as we enjoyed it very much.

The property was exactly as advertised. Impecable areas, clean and confortable and spacious . KC the owner was very accesible and willing to help in every step of the way. We loved the place. We had a wonderful kayak experience and also got to watch precious sunsets at Venice and Nokomis Beach.

It was very peaceful to sit in the shade and watch the fish jump! My wife and I had a wonderful time at this great property. The location is perfect for trips to Venice and the beaches. The lanai looking out to the waterway is amazing.

Wonderful house in a great place
My wife and I had a wonderful time at this great property. The location is perfect for trips to Venice and the beaches. The lanai looking out to the waterway is amazing.
The house is very well equipped with just about anything one needs for a stay. We hope to be back to use a few more things. I did get to use the kayak. Quite a bit of wildlife near the water. The jumping fish were fun to watch, too
Excellent communications from the owners. Great folks to work with. I highly recommend this property. Just don't book it for the time when we want to come back.

Great location, needs TLC
This bungalow was in an excellent location: right on the canal where we could use the kayaks provided, 1/2 a mile from the Legacy trail for great biking, a short drive to Nokomis beach. The house itself needed some TLC to provide the comfort needed for a longer stay (we were there six weeks). The bed was not very comfortable for a prolonged stay; we barely used the grill because it needed new grates, we didn't realize there was no cable, which was disappointing since the internet was also very poor...we could not stay on Zoom calls without getting kicked off. However, KC, the host, was very friendly and quickly came and fixed a few small items that we noted. And we loved sitting on the back dock and on the lanai.

Host is the most warm & pleasant owner I have ever had the privilege of renting from. The most gracious host I have met so far on VRBO! Instant communication! This (OLD) home has had it's story told by many generations! Layout was interesting and Everything was clean & updated with comfortable furnishings. Bonus is the neighbors abundant and garden, such a colourful feast for your eyes! The access to Kayaks and bikes and a canal made the location a prime spot! Make use of them!
Just 1/4 mile down the the road you can hop on the Heritage waking / Bike trail for 100's of miles of adventure. Location is close to everything! Don't pass on the chance to eat at Cap't Eddies especially during the 2-1 time slot. You can even bike there!
Do not expect much from the TV or internet. If your familiar with the ongoing 20 year struggle (Frontier / Comcast / xfinity debacle) then plan on Hot spotting off your phone to cast to tv, Local internet service will block your live as well as recorded content from outside areas!

Amenities & Owners were amazing!
Wow. Due to flight changes our check-in went from 3pm to after midnight. The owners dropped off some emergency snacks and breakfast foods! The house was clean. A little dated but functional, lots of towels and the lanai and canal were awesome. The kayaks and bikes were so much fun! We caught fish, biked to Venice and grilled a steak dinner for my in-laws. We will be back. :)

KC was wonderful and promptly responded and came over to help with a maintenance issue. We love the soft fluffy bath towels and the pillows on the beds. Very comfy. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We felt right at home here. We also liked that it was so close to everything yet the immediate streets were not busy compared to the crowded areas nearby. My kids ride bikes and took a kayak out to explore the canals.
