Good location for shops and beach.
Not good for walking difficulties due to car park being down a steep hill. Lounge was damp and smelt mouldy. Settess were very low down, unsuitable for elderly or mobility issues. No bath or shower mats (slipped in bathroom getting out of shower) No response from owners. Disappointed.

The kitchen is very well equipped and dining table large with plenty of seats in living area. Bedrooms all good sizes and good having a bathroom on middle and top floor

The Coachman is SUCH a cozy, comfortable hideaway, we couldn't love it more. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable and perfectly sized. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked for any and all cooking you want to do, and the lounge is an ideal space to chill for the night. Shower was toasty warm, and that bath is massive. You're about 30 seconds from the beach, and basically in the heart of Looe too so anything you need is right at hand. We used the place as a base for exploring, long walks etc, but actually spent plenty of time just chilling in the Coachman when the weather was changeable. We would absolutely come back!
No outside space, but you're a 30 second walk to the beach so it doesn't matter!
