Excellentes prestations. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Service aimable et compétents. Demandez les chambres 301 ou 501 spacieuses avec alcôve et vue sur la vieille ville et le fort. Douche chaude avec une bonne pression. Propre ! Terrasse très agréable avec un sublime panorama. Groupe de musique traditionnelle tous les soirs. Merci à toute l’équipe qui nous a permis de vivre un bel et agréable séjour ! D+S. Valet, Suisse.

Only a one night stay to see the city. The rooftop restaurant area has great views, unfortunately it was very cold in Mid January to eat outside. The room service a food was good. Beer only available after 7pm.

Hotel en centre ville qui est très bien situé, mais surtout qui a un rooftop qui domine la ville et qui donne une vue fantastique sur le fort illuminé le soir. Nous avons eu droit a des musiciens pendant le diner sur la terrasse. Bon repas avec du vin. Notre chauffeur a eu un peu de mal à trouver l'entrée de cet hôtel.
La chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes et le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas prêt à l'heure ains que la machine à café qui était en panne.

Breakfast was not great and ended up eating elsewhere.
It wasn’t clean there and lacked things like brown bread, muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit.
The rooms need a freshing up.
Paint the walls, hang the curtains properly, put down clean bath mat going into the bathroom.
Nicer towels, better Pillows’s.

Views, cleanliness, position in the old town.
Never had a hot shower. They need to fix this up. Wait 5 min for water to warm up. If everyone does this we could fill a swimming pool. Never warm enough.

Good spacpus rooms, clean bathroom and perfect location. Some rooms have lake view. Multiple restaurants around. 2 minutes walking distance from Jagdish temple.
Amazing terrace with lake Pichola view.
No lift so if you are not a fan of steep stairs, it might be an issue. The staff will help with the luggage though.

Close to centre of old town
Decent size room that was clean and well presented
Just outside the hotel the road was awash with cow and dog mess making a walk seem like sweeping a minefield

It was a basic hotel with basic facilities
Wrong description given asked for an extra bed got a mattress on the floor. Not happy as staff did not give a bed or change room to facilitate us. Too expensive .

Super schöne Unterkunft, tolle Zimmer und ein sauberes modernes Bad, mit einer leckeren Küche und einer tollen Dachterrasse mit grandiosem Ausblick (und Folk Music Auftritt).
Außerdem war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft (sie waren leider ausgebucht und wir wären gerne noch eine Nacht geblieben) & auch bei der Organisation der Weiterreise.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The roof top view was really nice..its like ur up close with the fort..the location is near the market place so, its accessible to almost anything..plus they have some cultural performers during dinner time..😊

The staff is very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great, we enjoyed it (it is only veg). The location is very good, walking distance from the market en clock tower. The staff helped us with our bags and called a tuktuk for us when it was raining very hard.
The street in front is a bit dirty, with a lot of garbage. One of the rooms we stayed in was fine, but the 2 person room was not comfortable. The AC didn’t cool our room and the bed was not so comfortable.

Clean, modern and warm hotel. Close by the shops and clock tower.
Great view of the fort from the rooftop.
A few times the staff were noisy chatting early hours of the morning in the corridors. Not great for light sleepers.

Location of the hotel was great, being in the heart of the old city
Good value for money
Basic facilities. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The location on the old city is great; however hoards of dogs making a lot of noise at night time woke us up many times. These dogs are abandoned so the hotel must work with the authorities to remove them to dog pounds

Everything's wonderful in Kankariya heritage! They also made breakfast early in the morning for us! The only place that has chocolate sandwiches in India.. perfect for italian breakfast!

the hotel is central, near the clock tower and has a breathtaking view from the rooftop. you can admire all Jodhpur, but most of all the fort! at night it’s spectacular.
the hotel itself is really beautiful due to different architectural styles. It is in a quiet location.

nice view to fort
location is very bad/not reachable to reach by car and bus. no communication regarding road construction, we had to stop far away and transport our stuff by foot. also the area around was very dirty and smelly.

It’s location, and accessibility.
One of the staff was a bit rude while I had informed him about the cab. But others pitched in and helped me catch my flight.

tempo travellers or big SUV cars can not reach till doorstep of the hotel.
