Spettacolare, enorme e unico appartamento duplex in stile Art Deco, costruito su misura in legno di mogano honduregno, vicino al centro di P-Town. 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni 2 caminetti. Scaffali incorporati, vetrine in vetro rivestito, scale Tiffany intarsiato, vasca incassata, infissi ornamentali. Uno spazio di vita al livello superiore vanta un panorama mozzafiato sul porto; un altro si affaccia sul caos affascinante di Commercial Street, mentre gli altri si trovano intorno ai 2 accoglienti camini non funzionanti, uno per ogni livello. 3 delle 4 camere da letto hanno una vista pittoresca sul porto. Facile passeggiata per negozi, ristoranti, bar, gallerie, spettacoli e punti di partenza per il whale-watching, tramonto vela, pesca, e altre escursioni marittime. A, elegante appartamento spazioso per i gruppi più esigenti che cercano una settimana di tempo libero in uno dei luoghi più belli Provincetown. Massimo di 8 persone.

This place has so much to offer and it is spacious. I didn't realize you could get this much space in this location. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This property was clean, well equipped and has a perfect location! We could watch Commercial Street from the living room window and watch the Bay from the upstairs sitting room! Really fun space to explore! You won't regret staying here!

This condo is HUGE with big windows overlooking the beach at one end and Commercial Street at the other. We loved it. A great place for a dog and kids. (Also a big comfortable place for adults alone). Multiple comfortable spacious seating areas inside and a deck right on the beach. The only drawback is that the driveway between the building and light poles/gate is narrow so it is difficult to back out of.

The house was very spacious for six people. Definitely a time capsule for sure. The views from upstairs were amazing and it was nice being close to everything in town. The property manager was very prompt with addressing issues. It was a very nice spot that complimented a very nice vacation.

We had an amazing stay in Provincetown. The apartment is huge, lovely, and retro in the very best way. We had everything we needed, the view was outstanding, and the walk to the harbor was even closer than the pictures show. It was so fun to be in the center of everything! Bruce (who oversaw our stay) was there to meet us. They're not kidding when they say the garage only fits a car -- my small SUV wouldn't make it, but Bruce traded spots and gave me a place in the driveway that worked very well. There is also a public lot like 50 feet away, and the parking is free until May 1. The round red tub in the photos isn't there anymore, but there are TWO huge bathrooms on the top floor instead. The family and the pups all had a great time, and can't wait to return to this one-of-a-kind place with the spectacular location.

Very cool place, lots of character. Very quiet inside the house even though you are right in the middle of everything. House was clean and everything was in good working order. The location is fantastic, walking distance to all of Ptown. The beach is steps away, and there is a nice deck at the rear of the property with some tables and chairs that looks out over the beach. Even at high tide there's some beach still accessible here. We would definitely stay here again.

Was there for my birthday weekend and everything was perfect. We checked in to this perfectly located apartment easily and had 4 friends with us. The unit has all the original trim throughout and feels like a 70’s throw back that we really enjoyed. We loved having our morning coffee in the upstairs sun porch room over looking the water while watching the sunrise. We brought some food to make a great breakfast
And just relaxed comfortably in the gem of a spot.
Loved it and it was great having all my special people with me to celebrate.

The property surprised me because the photos clearly showed it’s completely dated but it was clean and comfortable. Bruce was quick to reply to messages.

If you want to be in the midst of PTown, this is a great spot! We loved having access to the water via the shared deck and loved walking to all that PTown has to offer!

Awesome location with beach access and a shared deck. We came with a full group and were happy with the accommodations, including a fully stocked kitchen. Host was communicative and answered questions. Would definitely stay again!

Huge and interesting property on commercial street smack dab in the middle of town. Plenty of space with several sitting areas. Beautiful view of the beach on the second floor. Well equipped kitchen and very clean. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cable channel range. I would highly recommend this property.

This is our second time staying here - once in the summer and this time we stayed in the winter and it was perfect both times. We watched fireworks from the beach deck and spent fun times around the dining room table with friends. There is plenty of space for a four bedroom apartment on 2 floors with beautiful view of the harbor. Looking forward to a return soon!

This large, funky apartment is located close enough to everything P-town has to offer. The kitchen is well equipped to handle many meals, and the view from the upstairs lounge is spectacular! The deck on the beach is a wonderful place to hang out. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning next year.

This house was great! The location was ideal and had so much space for us to relax on our vacation. Even though it's right on commercial street there was not nearly as much noise as i expected so it was not really an issue. The house itself is very charming and we loved the shared deck and sun room. Would recommend for anyone and will definitely look at coming back here!

This place was perfect for me, my sister and her whole family (and the dogs!). Perfect location right on commercial street with the beach right on the other side. Very cool Art Deco vibe. Will definitely come back next year if it’s available!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The location is fabulous - great close access to the bay (perfect for our infant granddaughter) and a perfect location on Commercial street. There is plenty of room to spread out (4 bedrooms and multiple living spaces to relax). The second floor “sunroom” looking out on the bay is great. It is well air-conditioned to keep it comfortable. The kitchen is well enough equipped. And the apartment has lots of character. We would definitely rebook.

Overall we had a great time and the property is centrally located. The views from the sun room and the shared deck were amazing. The property itself is dated and could use some work. Many windows didn’t open. The hot water was scarce so be the first one to take a shower. We only received one towel per guest for the week so we had to do laundry. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves staying here.

Provincetown is an amazing place! The view we had from this house was absolutely breath taking! The house was nice and clean and big enough for our family vacation! I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Our whole family loved it ages 18-70. We loved people watching from the living room window, the baview from back window and short steps to shared private deck on beach. Midnight stargazing and morning dog walks were wonderful. There was something for everyone, lots of privacy. We loved our time here and hated to leave. Excellent communication with caretaker.

The property is incredibly spacious and comfortable. With many separate areas to allow time as a group but also some privacy.The inside porch upstairs overlooking the ocean is perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.The two bedrooms upstairs are luxurious almost two independent suites. The rooms downstairs are smaller and more appropriate for young people or a single person.The deck right on the bay beach is an amazing addition to the property features.It was my first rental place at the Cape where nature, confort and the vibrant life of the town where so well knitted together.The four of us had a wonderful time and we hope to come back soon.

Lots of potential but the place was disgustingly dirty. Showers, floors, windows, and even dishes. Not right on the beach as advertised. Finding the entrance was very confusing when we first arrived. For the price we expected it to be cleaner. Especially with COVID 19. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest which we had to clean with our own wipes. We left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. No one from our group will rent it again.

So wonderful to be on Commercial St with easy access to coffee and groceries and take out food. Going this time of year (spring) was especially nice. The unit is large and comfortable with beautiful woodwork.
