Very roomy one-level condo and nicely furnished. Easy location from town.Comfortable beds and nice to have a washer/dryer. The living room could use more lighting, a stand-up lamp and light under ceiling fan. Disposal didn't work and had an odor. The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

I have stayed in the South Peak 1A unit several times over the years. I always enjoy the corner unit with a view of the woods and the river. I always find it clean, and enjoy the attached garage.

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway.

Didn't like that there was not enough bedroom furniture in the 2 small rooms to store clothing, more closets shelving would help.

We are a family with young children and had a great experience during our stay. The condo was a very private, end unit that overlooks the pemi river. A short 5 minute walk down to the river was a fun activity for my boys each night. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. The bed linens were a bit worn but everything was clean. Our only complaint was the outdated TV. The remote came with 3 pages of frustrating instructions. A smart TV would make a world of difference in this rental. Most families now pay for streaming services and it would have been a welcomed bonus to us if we could have had the ability to cast our services to the TV. I wish I had looked into that before we booked. Overall we were very happy. The condo is very bare-bones, so don't forget even the simple things like cleaners to wipe down the kitchen counter and laundry detergent, because nothing is provided.

Excellent location for exploring Franconia Notch area
We are a family with young children and had a great experience during our stay. The condo was a very private, end unit that overlooks the pemi river. We had the best time just relaxing at this condo during "mud season." Stayed three nights and upon arrival it was spotless. The vacation manager was so helpful to answer all questions beforehand. It was so nice to get away and the perfect size for our group of 7 with 4 children one, 2 1/2. The bunk room was great for the kids and we loved the first-floor accommodations, with no stairs and to be able to watch the kids outside from the living room or on the patio. The gas fireplace was wonderful for the colder days and the river trail less than 5 minutes from the condo was a great flat walk with great views and fun rocks to play on for the kids. Condo super close to town, making takeout easy if you did not want to cook. The pool is 2.5 miles away so travel by car is necessary for it but was very clean and we were almost the only people using it each time we went! Would absolutely return, great perfect getaway.

Ski getaway
If your looking for a nice convenient place with easy access to the trails this is the place. We got picked up right outside the condo by the bus from loon and never had to get into our car. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!
