The property was amazing and is pretty much central to everything. PM was communicative from the time we got there and when we left. I have ZERO complaints about this property or the location since it sits in a safe area. You can easily get around San Juan/Condado Area with an Uber for about $5-10. Will be coming back to this property when I am in San Juan again!

They were a couple things broke in the apartment, which I messaged the property owner, and they never got back to us, but nevertheless, I just wanted to let them know that it was like that, before we started our stay there. We enjoyed our time there was very comfortable and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Puerto Rico.

The apartment was very clean and large with beautiful views. It was exactly as described and more. The apartment provided everything needed for our stay. Beach chairs and a cooler were particularly useful for a nearby beach visit. My 11-year-old son and I stayed in the apartment as my husband couldn't join the trip. We felt very safe staying here. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the staff at the concierge is very friendly and helpful. The owner communicated with me to answer all the questions we had on a timely manner, and Mare was extremely helpful during the stay. The location was perfect as it is a working distance to the beach, a couple of restaurants, and gas station for basic snacks etc. It was also great to have the parking space as we explored other parts of PR outside of San Juan. We mostly took Uber to go to Old San Juan as it is very cheap and didn't have to worry about parking there. If it is not too hot, it is a nice walk along the ocean. We will definitely come back here and recommend to anyone who visit San Juan.

The property is amazing and the pictures are completely accurate. The condo was very clean upon arrival and very close to the beach. The location is a great central location between Old San Juan and Condado. Communication with the host prior to arrival was great but during the stay it took a day or two to hear back. My suggestion for this property would be to have a property manual to help visitors know what is close by as far as restaurants and the beach location and information on how to work the televisions. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a beautiful apartment . Everything just as described. Mare was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions. So close to the beach, couldn’t have been better. Free parking, the car was safe all along. And we felt safe in apartment. 10 minute drive to Old San Juan, didn’t walk because it was SO hot!! But a 20 min walk if you wanted. Great view of cruise ships coming in! Thanks, PR!!

I don't know that the pictures really showed that this is really a studio with a glass "wall" and a door that doesn't close for the bedroom. The location is kind of sketchy- wouldn't walk around after dark and the only thing close is the beach. The second bed was just a futon sort of thing. Apple TV is really old and had to be reset multiple times. The detergent and soap were our when we arrived, so we had to pick some up. Overall, the nicest thing I can say about this place is it was clean.

The condo was nice. Little problem when we got their.
Check-in was 4 pm. We contacted Gloria the day before we arrived and asked if we can go to the condo before 4. She was having guests leaving that morning. She would call if we can go to the condo earlier, like 3 pm. The security ppl didn't have any idea about getting to the condo. Finally got a text, for the door to go into the condo to pick up the fob and keys.
No real coffee maker there. Had to impervise making coffee each day.
Just a suggestion: Make a booklet or page about the condo. Just in and just out instructions. Otherwise: A Great place to stay!!!!

Great location. Very clean. Professional staff concierge. Only downside is the master bedroom has no normal bed. Bed sits on the floor. Me being a disabled veteran. It was difficult getting in and out of. Other than that the place was an excellent choice.

We loved this place. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We rented a car so it was great to have a parking place. Our family stayed nearby at a hotel for a conference and the walk was easy as promised.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, quite, and had lovely views. Checking in and out was relatively easy. The only thing that could have been better was if Dashers and UberEats employees could be allowed to go up to leave our food at the door. Sometimes they weren’t. But everything went smoothly! The place was everything we hoped.

As advertised this is a convenient location with easy access to Old San Juan via rideshare. The spacious living areas and in house conveniences made our stay very pleasant.

Great place to stay. Close to trailhead. Hot tub was awesome! House very big… easy for family party of 11 to spread out and not feel cramped. Game room was a hit! Loved the fireplaces too. Would stay again.!

Great view of the harbor. Watched cruise ships coming in and out all trip. Short walk to the beach. Walk to Old Town was a little too long for me but Uber was $5 to $6.

The place was Amazing, the pictures simply do not do it justice. This is the type of place you just have to experience in person. The host was responsive and very attentive, always making sure that all was going smoothly. Would totally recommend and cannot wait to GO BACK!!!

Old San Juan parking - A very reasonable rate US$3 at La Puntilla (this is very inexpensive) If the parking lot is full wait to the side and spots usually open up.
There is a Puerto Rico tourist information near the parking lot which exhibits local artist paintings.

Walk to Castillo San Felipe del Morro (also known as “El Morro”). Historic Fort, beautiful Ocean views.

Condo is modern and very well decorated. It also has security/concierge service. From the 6th floor condo you can see the Cruise ships arriving and departing. We had rented a car and so for us the condo was perfect location to visit Old San Juan and other areas like El Yunque National Forest and beaches. Parking is included for 2 cars. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo and used it as a base to travel around.

The pictures made me skeptical, I thought possibly it was "to good to be true" but it was exactly like the pictures. Check in and out was smooth and great location.

This experience was extremely disappointing and infuriating. VRBO should have done a better job vetting this host before allowing her to rent out her property. I understand that the hosts need to protect their properties, but they also need to be held accountable for their actions and words when dealing with guests.
First of all, it is completely unacceptable for any host or property owner and the property manager to make racist remarks towards guests in order to justify withholding money from deposits. This not only shows an extreme lack of respect on behalf of the host, but it also puts other potential customers at risk.
My experience with this particular rental was incredibly unpleasant. The property manager made several false accusations and uncalled for racist language when I asked her why she had not returned my deposit. For example, she falsely accused us of not flushing the toilet and clogging the toilet. We have kids and *maybe* one of them forgot to flush on his way out. The kids denied doing forgetting to flush the toilet, but but I will give the Property Manager that benefit of doubt. But for sure we did not clog the toilet. And not flushing a toilet does not allow anyone to make racist slurs on you. Her other fasle accusations were stains on the pots. They were already there. We barely used the pots. She accused us of 'staining' the tiles. Again no proof other than a picture of some sand on the floor. She essentially accused us of things that were already there or were not existent.
Note that she already charged a cleaning fee. She was not charging an additional fee for cleaning by making up things which did not exist. When I mentioned that to her, she justified this by falsely accusing us of creating 'extreme conditions'. Each time I would ask her for proof, she kept adding more meaningless accusations and racist remarks.
I would highly discourage anyone from renting from this host, and definitely not interacting with her Property Manager.

Sweeping views of water, city and mountains in the distance. It was fun waking up to see which cruise ships were in port. The space itself had everything we wanted or needed and more. We especially loved having a cappuccino maker. It's only a few blocks from a lovely beach with serious surfing, which was fun to watch. About 25 min walk to Old San Juan which we found just the right distance to work up an appetite before dinner and burn calories after. If you prefer to drive to Old San Juan there is all day parking for only $3. There are a few nearby dining options also, all that we tried were good. We would stay again without hesitation!

So comfortable & very well equipped. In addition to a few very close restaurants, Celeste (upscale gourmet) & ladi’s (excellent, fresh seafood) are a slightly longer (but very easy) walk. The staff at both were great. Beach was beautiful & an easy, fun walk. Looking forward to another visit.

This unit was EXCELLENT in ALL aspect of our family reunion 8/2022. The views are spectacular from every corner of this condo; to the left you have a beautiful view of El Condado (all high class hotels, shopping, restaurants, night live), center view overlook the marina in San Juan, the District T-Mobile (a dozen places to eat, an urban park, water fountains, hotel and great entertainment) and the view to the right (was the beautiful Old San Juan with historical sites, you could see the cruise ships coming and going in a distance, wonderful restaurants, a lots of shopping, entertainment, museums/art galleries, El Escambron beach, and a view to the Atlantic Ocean). Everything was minutes away by car or walking distance. The unit comes with your reserve private parking space and the security at this Condominum is an A+. We’ll for sure will come back again!!

Our family of family really enjoyed the condo. The location was very convenient to the beach and to Old San Juan. The location is exactly as listed. The chairs and cooler were a great addition for our stay and the walk to the beach was very easy!

Place was clean and modern. 5 minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to Old San Juan. Parking and security were great. Huge power outage across the county for multiple days, but the property has an excellent generator, we barely even noticed power blip for 5 seconds. Would easily stay here again.

Jorge and Mare were excellent hosts and very responsive. The location of this property is perfect for both accessing Old San Juan as well as venturing out to the rest of the island. Apartment was spotless, very eell equipped and comfortable. Also contained all you need to prepare a good meal or have a nice nightcap. Also the building is very safe. We appreciated the cooler, towels and beach chairs as well as the very competent espresso maker which was perfect with the local Puerto rican coffee. Thank you so much. I don’t always write reviews but enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to a more extended stay in the future🙏🏽❤️

This condo was a holiday unto itself. Everything was sparkling clean and worked great. Our host was quick to respond to questions sent via text. The kitchen was set up well and there was plenty of space for our family of four.
The property is between the old city and Condado. The area in front of the condo felt safe, but we were advised by more than one person to steer clear of the area behind it, which is largely industrial and full of less desirable activity. That said, we had no reason to venture behind and we able to walk along the ocean in the front toward the old city or toward Condado. Both took about half an hour. An Uber back from the old city cost us about $6. Ubers were half the price of a taxi, which charged $15 crossing only one neighborhood (and was less than two kilometers) away. A taxi cost us $30 from the airport to the condo in the late evening.
While there were a couple of convenience stores nearby, we needed to go into the next neighborhood to find a fully stocked grocery store. We ate at a local fast food restaurant, "Hamburger" (it was good) one night, but in general there were not many restaurant choices in the neighborhood. Puerto de Tierra is a mix of industrial and govenment buildings, so it does not have the same amenities as more residential parts of the city. The five minute walk to the Escabrion beach was nice, although the sand at Isla Verde or Carolina was definitely softer and overal nicer for beach time. My husband commented that he wished we had stayed in Isla Verde and had taken a taxi ride into the old town. I was happy with our location and loved the condo and its cityscape and port views. I hope this review will provide information for other people thinking about this property.

Spacious and enjoyable apartment. Insufficient hand towels. Water pressure was low. Neighborhood roosters were disturbing. Top notch walkability to restaurants, Old Town, beach. Would book again.

Many times pictures can deceive, however, not in this case, Mare’s apartment is fabulous and she was a very attentive host. Minutes from Old San Juan and Candado, just great!
