This venue was so beautiful. Many beds and bathrooms and large gathering spaces makes it perfect for a retreat. The kitchen was the most functional and pleasant to cook I of any rental I’ve used. The kitchen had everything we anticipated other than coffee. There are two coffee pots which is helpful to accommodate a large group. I assumed there would be provided coffee which is on me. It was a simple fix. The place was super clean. The large windows let in tons of light during the day and provide a beautiful background to whatever you are doing. It’s in a beautiful place and being able to see that from inside was a delight. As expected, the large dining room is loud when full. Katherine was helpful with answers to my questions before booking and after check-in. All the policies were clearly written and easy to follow. They provide plenty of towels for a large group. We loved having access to a hot tub! Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

This was the perfect place for our large family. The house was inviting, and Katherine was a great host. Our stay was blessed with a snowstorm which made it a bit difficult to access the property but a someone with a small plow came and cleared the road. They even cleared the large driveway on the property. We aren't sure who did plowing but we were sure grateful for their service. Thank you for the memories.

Beautiful space for our family together, open and beautiful home.

This property was perfect for our large group. Most of us felt tranquility as soon as we turned onto Moss Avery Road. The setting was beautiful with all the fall colors and plenty of grass to play on. The home was large, clean, inviting and comfortable. Most importantly, there was a bed for everyone and room to gather in multiple common rooms. Other properties that sleep large groups are lacking in the kitchen and dining areas, but not this place. This home made sense because there was a seat for all during meals and enough fridge space for feeding a crowd. The hot tub was even warm upon arrival so we could start relaxing right away.

There was so much room to have a large group. The sleeping arrangements were perfect as they have 26 beds in the house. The kitchen/dining area was a great place for everyone eating at the same time. Yet we had a good-sized room for holding our Bible talks. The firepit area was wonderful and roomy. It was a very quiet setting with no neighbors and you could talk walks up the road in the beautiful farm country. Definitely a place to keep in mind for future retreats. We LOVED the Moss Avery Lodge. IT was the PERFECT location for a family reunion. Katherine is an amazing host. She responds quickly and looks for ways to make it the best experience possible. We decided to do the zip line with less than 24 hours notice and it worked out. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 32. The double oven, double fridge, 2 dishwashers, 2 clothes dryers and dryers made the life portion so easy. The kitchen eating area is large and spacious for lots of time together eating and playing games. The large split yard was perfect for many games of ultimate frisbee on one side and badminton on the other. Note of caution - gopher holes and prickly weeds add to the fun and experience. It was perfect to watch the stars during the Perseus meteor shower. The little woods behind the house was the perfect exploring area and place for a fairy garden. The location is secluded but not isolated which is wonderful. 10 miles to the grocery store in Ririe, 40 miles to Jackson Hole, 50 miles to Teton National Park, 60 miles to Hoback Junction for whitewater rafting and 70 miles to Yellowstone offers up pretty much whatever option you want. TOTALLY RECOMMEND for large groups.

We had a fun family reunion for 35 people. The Moss Avery Lodge served as a wonderful home base for boating, atvs, swImming and relaxing. Great memories made. Thank you.

We all loved staying in this beautiful home. It had plenty of room for us which was a group of 23. It had a huge kitchen and dinning area where we could all eat together. Our grandchildren loved the huge yard and fire pit for smores. It was so spacious with plenty of beds and many bathrooms. The host was great to communicate with even though there wasn't much need to communicate with them. We would definitely rent this place again.!

Catherine was very gracious to answer our questions before our stay began. The home was spacious and the view was spectacular. We held a large family reunion of over 30 at the property. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The dining area was exceptional, with space for all of us. Cousins enjoyed staying together in the cousin room, and we all enjoyed comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The grounds around the home were perfect for family games and activities, and everyone loved the hot tub! The large living areas were just right for viewing old family videos. We just really had a great time, and were very comfortable at this Moss Avery home. Catherine contacted us the very day we left to let us know about a couple of items we left behind, and she was able to get them to us. This was an exceptional place to stay for our family! We will return!

We loved the big grassy area in front of the house for family games. Downstairs was very cool so we could play ping pong or Pool when we needed to cool down. The kitchen is amazing for large groups. Definitely somewhere we hope to see again.

This house had such great accommodations for our large family group. The dinning area was one of our favorites as it had so much available seating and tables for our group of 40+ to eat, talk, play games, and gather. The dining area and kitchen has large surrounding windows and a fireplace that were great for us to watch the kids sledding and watch them as they were in the spa. All the bathrooms and rooms had comfortable beds and it was nice to have all the bathrooms available. There was 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges that were awesome and looked updated and great working condition. There was enough dishes and silverware to go around. The big bar area was perfect for serving and sitting at. The bunk bed room was AMAZING! It was nice to just stash all of our kids down there and there was a barn door to shut them all in while they were up all night 😁 There was 2 bathrooms off of that room which was perfect! It was very easy to work with Katherine, the owner. She was in communication several times before, during , and after our stay. If we needed anything we felt like we could call her anytime. They even had a box of potatoes and gingerbread house there for us as a welcome gift! Such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again it worked good for our large group and so close to Idaho Falls. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of kitchen accessories. Large bathrooms. One day it was raining so we did lots on inside visiting but did not feel crowded. Host was easy to contact, speedy replies with all our questions. The Host contacted us after our stay about several minuscule items left behind, very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this get-away location.

We had a blast on the zipline (an extra cost, but so worth it). It was secluded but also close to a couple different reservoirs and hiking. Absolutely loved our stay at this home. The owner was great with communication, check-in was incredibly easy, and the house is fantastic. The bunk room is genius and all the young cousins loved having a sleepover every night down there. There is even a room that worked for the teens to bunk together as well, which they loved. And it left enough rooms for all the couples. The kitchen/eating area was huge and fit all of us- which is truly impressive. Two ovens, two sets of washer/dryers, two dishwashers, it was perfect for big families! This was definitely a reunion for the books and the large property and house helped make that possible.
