La pesca è abbastanza costante da metà giugno a fine settembre, a seconda di cosa si vuole catturare e di quale fiume si pesca. Il sito della casa contiene un capannone per la lavorazione del pesce con termosigillatrice commerciale e un 10,5 cu. ft. congelatore, abbastanza grande per la cattura di tutti.
Soldotna è situato in posizione centrale nella penisola di Kenai. Sarai situato a 5 minuti dal fiume Kenia. 20 minuti dal fiume Kasilof. Sarai a breve distanza in auto da Homer, Coopers Landing, Seward, Russian River e Ninilchik River. Tutti i posti perfetti per la pesca, la visita del sito, il golf e lo shopping. This cabin was perfect. Love that she uses your phone number for the keypad. Brilliant. I'll bet everyone is doing that in a few years.
Cabin incredibly well stocked (even things like honey) with spices and food.
Loved the gas fireplace. Wish we could have figured out how to turn it on - but it was delightful when going.

Great location equal distance to Seward and homer. A few minute drive to the best salmon fishing in the world. Their fish processing station makes packing your catch easy!

The cabin location was perfect for our fishing trip. The cabin is in a neighborhood but the property is still secluded enough to have the outdoors feel. The cabin was warm and roomy and had everything to make our stay comfortable, including fishing reels, waders, grill, fire pit, etc.
Will definitely be booking this one again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts, Cheryl and Steve were very accommodating. You can’t beat hosts who give you fresh halibut, smoked salmon and home made hot sauce!! The cabin was great. There is so much to see on the Kenai peninsula. We booked a float trip with Captain Forrest Luking on the Kenai river. Our guide’s name is Jerrod and he was awesome. We caught our limit in salmon. The cabin also has a fish processing shed, with a vacume sealer and freezers to keep your catch in until time to take it home. Everything we needed was supplied!!

I have had the awesome opportunity to stay at this location on many other visits to Alaska but with every stay the last one is always better than the one before. We experienced great fishing for Salmon and Halibut. The weather was much better than what we were expecting. The Cabin was very well stocked and with many amentias. Everyone in our group was very impressed with this property and said that they would like to come back again. I am going to schedule another visit very soon. Awesome week to remember
I have had the awesome opportunity to stay at this location on many other visits to Alaska but with every stay the last one is always better than the one before. We experienced great fishing for Salmon and Halibut. The weather was much better than what we were expecting. The Cabin was very well stocked and with many amentias. Everyone in our group was very impressed with this property and said that they would like to come back again. I am going to schedule another visit very soon. This cabin is absolutely perfect!
Since this is the third year that we have spent 2-4 weeks at this cabin, you will understand that we love this place. It's very clean and comfortable, and there is plenty room for 6-8 people to move around and sleep comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, plus plenty storage. The "fish house" is wonderful! After a day of fishing you can vacuum pack your fish and put them in the freezer until you are ready to go. You can also use all of the fishing gear that Steve has in the carport or "fish house".
The area is residential and quiet, and we have had many moose visits over the years. The grocery store is only about 5 miles down the road. Seward is 90 minutes to the east, and Homer is 90 minutes to the west. Evenings on the front porch or around the fire pit are treasured memories that keep us going back. Cheryl and Steve are the best, and Erin, who manages the peoperty is very responsive and great to work with . We've already booked next year. Can't wait!

Super cute and cozy cabin
This cabin was perfect. So cozy! Great location and it has so much privacy. Perfect space for our kids to enjoy too. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And we even saw two moose eating in the front yard.

Great base camp cabin
Super cabin with well stocked kitchen, large living and sleeping space plus a vacuum packer and chest freezers in an outside building. Outside fire pit and picnic table. Perfect setup for a fishing base.
