Situato in un bellissimo quartiere suburbano, la nostra piccola casa Sandy Pond è una minuziosa, ampia 4.200 piedi quadrati coloniale posizionato su 1. 4 acri di terreno situato nella storica città di Plymouth, Massachusetts. La città di Plymouth vicini Cape Cod, mentre allo stesso tempo, comodo per il Boston Grande Regione in auto e con i mezzi pubblici.
C'è molto da fare durante il soggiorno in Colbyco Little Sandy Stagno con i vicini negozi, ristoranti, vita notturna, spiagge, stagni e campi da golf da visitare e godere.
La nostra casa dispone di 10 camere, di cui 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. Inoltre, la casa dispone di un ufficio finito con un ingresso separato, una lavanderia con zona di piegatura, e un seminterrato completamente rifinito.
Colbyco Little Sandy Pond dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata, che può servire comodamente un grande gruppo. Esso è dotato delle più recenti elettrodomestici, armadi su misura, granito, e un ampio isola.

We had a great stay with plenty of room. Everything was clean and check in was easy.

Overall the property was as described. Plenty of room for all(we had 12 adults) and stocked adequately with utensils, dishes etc. Sleeping areas were very comfortable with individual room temperature control.(:

The property was perfect size for our family to meet and stay for my daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of inside and outside space. The usual kitchen gathering area was perfect. Neighborhood and home was beautiful.

We spent Memorial Day at this house, which wasn't well cleaned and smelled a little smokey when we arrived. The lower level was musty throughout the weekend. The kitchen is nice and big but some spatulas and pans were thoroughly dirty and the dishwasher is very difficult to use. Also, the ice maker didn’t make any ice during out 3 day stay.
It’s as though the house wasn’t checked before the season; there were cobwebs in corners indoors and the grass hadn’t been cut (8-10 inches of growth) so it’s hard to play on it. Also, the grills have old charcoal in them so they had to be cleaned out and there were no grilling utensils. There was a wasp nest that kept us from using the patio (between the patio door and the screen). And then one of the dining room chairs broke the first time it was used, and a second gave my daughter splinters.
There aren’t enough blankets for the beds, and while there are are towels, and there are only larger towels or wash clothes (the guide did say sparsely-provided, I guess). A more complete list of what to bring would be helpful—ie, very limited toilet paper and paper towels are provided, along with some dishwasher pods and soap that’s ok but we were never given a list of what to bring.
All in all, we were looking for an A+ stay and it was a B-. Not the worst—the house was newish and spacious, with a pool table downstairs and TVs that worked well, but we probably won’t be back. A bit more responsiveness from the property manager would have helped as well.
