we had to pay an extra 80 euro for bedding. That is totally over the top expensive.
You can buy bedding for that price. Also was never informed on the booking.

The location is very reaxing, right next to the Abbey ruins museum and garden and the windmill. The apartment was comfortable and good value
Everything was good, just a shame there's no tpilet on the bedroom level of the apartment

location.
two flights of stairs photos only show one ! very steep and slippy , no upstairs toilets ! I had spoken to luc over the phone and repeatedly said I was bringing my elderly parents and asked about upstairs facilitys and he said there was a bathroom to each bedroom when someone says that you automatically take it that there is also a toilet upstairs, the description regarding facilities needs to be more clear, ie. no upstairs toilets , not suitable for elderly people

"I especially liked the very good (seating) quality of the sofas in the living room and of the chairs. The bed was very comfortable as well. A special treat was the balcony which we were able to sit on..."
