Amazing Lakefront Cottage - Perfect Summer Getaway
Costruito nel 1920, questa annata cottage dispone di un ampio porticato sul lago con una vista spettacolare. Esso fornisce comodi posti a sedere per 12-14 per gustare i pasti, i tramonti, o semplicemente rilassarsi con un caffè o un bicchiere di vino. La sala da pranzo è un luogo ideale per raccogliere per un pasto, giochi da tavolo o carte. Il televisore a schermo piatto nel soggiorno ha il servizio DirecTV e un lettore DVD. La Veranda posteriore è un posto comodo per leggere o guardare il bocce giocatori vanno esso. Una cucina ben fornita è ricca di piatti, utensili, pentole, padelle, ecc così come i servizi standard: frigorifero / congelatore con ice maker, forno, lavastoviglie, smaltimento, e forno a microonde. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
Le camere da letto al piano superiore sono disponibili 2 suite per famiglie, una camera da letto matrimoniale privata e una vista lago camera singola. Ogni suite famiglia ha un letto matrimoniale con una camera adiacente, separata da doppie porte, che ha un letto matrimoniale. La suite familiare matrimoniale ha un bagno completo in allegato. C'è un altro bagno completo al piano di sopra. Al primo piano si trova una camera singola e bagno di servizio nelle vicinanze. Il cottage può ospitare 12 se tutti i letti sono pieni. Il casolare non è climatizzata ma il lago e all'ombra di solito mantenere le temperature comprese confortevole. Diversi i fan sono forniti, se necessario.
Il casolare si trova su un enorme sacco erboso con molti grandi alberi e arbusti. Vi è abbondanza di spazio di gioco e di spazio per respirare!
Il patio-livello del lago con tavoli e ombrelloni è ideale per prendere il sole o seduti all'ombra mentre si guarda la gente nuotare. Pesca al largo della darsena può essere un modo divertente per godersi il lago. Una boa è previsto per ancorare la vostra barca.
Sono previsti spazi di parcheggio per cinque auto.

The pride of ownership in this cottage is apparent. Everything was clean, charming, and if Tom didn’t have it we didn’t need it. We had 3 families here, with kids, and had the best time! Plenty of space and Tom was incredible. We just can’t speak to the TV situation because we never turned it on the week we were there. Excellent grounds and location. 5 stars!!

Great place to stay with my adult children and parents. The view of the lake from the cottage is magnificent and we spent a lot of time on the screened-in front area of the cottage just looking at the lake and sipping coffee. We appreciated this older cottage that has been updated yet stayed true to the original character of the era. Not so easy to find this on Canandaigua any more!
The kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of dishes and silverware for our group of 9 people.
Tom was exceedingly accommodating with any questions, but especially in figuring out logistics to moor our boat out front. There was no problem, and he had a dinghy available, if we had needed it. It was easy enough to swim out to the boat (or we used one of our kayaks)
The swimming area was nice. Bring water shoes because there are a lot of zebra mussels in the lake.
The only challenge for my parents was the steepness of the steps to the water. Once down at water level, though, they enjoyed that area, with nice shade provided by umbrellas over two tables, as well as plenty of other seating.
The kids loved the converted boat house to hang out and there was a nice assortment of water toys (we really didn't need to bring as much as we did).
I would highly recommend staying here.

This property is an older home that has been maintained beautifully. It is extremely well stocked with most things you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and for entertaining the family. The hosts were outstanding and shared all the information we required for our stay. We had a perfect vacation.

From the moment Carol and Tom greeted us, we knew that we had found a wonderful vacation situation. They couldn't have been more welcoming or gracious in providing everything we needed or in anticipating our needs. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. We most loved the screened in front porch where we did most of our hanging out. The big dining table was perfect for the 8 of us and could easily accommodate more. We loved sitting there enjoying our meals, especially dinner as the sun is setting. (The Vecchis were kind enough to provide a couple of temporary shades as the solar shades on order had not arrived in time for our visit). A surprise was that the kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped with things normally forgotten in rentals such as salad spinners, sieves, cheese graters, juice squeezers. etc. We are a family of cooks so that meant a lot to us. The property also is very quiet, a big plus for us. We look forward to a return.
