Questo studio è stato costruito nel retro della mia nuova casa ed è nuovissimo e completamente arredato con tutti i comfort e il comfort di un bell'albergo e altro ancora. Pulito, riservato e silenzioso: tutto ruota intorno al comfort e al benessere. Nel cuore di Fort Lauderdale - Goditi il sud della Florida come un locale! A soli 3 miglia dalla spiaggia e 1 miglio dall'autostrada principale i95 e 1 miglio da Wilton Manors. A pochi passi da negozi di alimentari, bar e ristoranti.

This is a fantastic place to relax for a few days or longer. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing!! Great little spot! Quiet and very charming! Everything we needed.

Close to some great places and the room and pool/gazebo area were excellent! Would stay again. The only thing that wasn't completed clear from the listing is that it is a multi-unit location, but we met some very nice people.

I’ve been traveling back and forth from NY for 8 months and keep circling back to this apartment and another that Filipe has. He is the perfect host and the fact that I keep staying at his properties says it all no?

Our stay at this VRBO was pretty good! The room was clean and we loved the snacks and water provided at our stay. The pool and backyard area was perfect for relaxing and it’s not too far from downtown OP area! Check in process was super easy and quick. The only issue we had was on the last night of our stay, our AC was not AC-ing. Whatever we tried, it didn’t work. By the time we got home & realized it, it was after midnight and I messaged the owner about the issue, but didn’t hear back. Obviously not a major concern as we were leaving the next morning, but waking up to a 83 degree unit and not hearing back wasn’t super pleasant. Hopefully it’s all fixed for the next stay because we would totally recommend Felipe’s place!
