My family stayed here a week for vacation and family time. We had three families staying and there was plenty of room for all. The house was in a nice location central to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay!!! The owners were great and very responsive to any questions we had. Loved it!!!!

We rented this property for a weekend bachelorette trip of 15. The owner's of the property were very nice and helpful. The house is immaculate and spacious. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Will definitely book again!

The large bedrooms and living space was amenable to our extended family. It afforded great family time. Thank you Rochon for your hospitality!

This is an older house, roomy and in good condition. The host did a great job of communicating and was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time that we stayed at this location. The home is very clean, and the layout fits our large group. I plan to make reservations for next year.

Nine ladies, most in our upper 50's, stayed in this beautiful home for the weekend. We selected this home because it has enough beds and comfortable seating for all of us and its location is perfect for the parades. The host is absolutely fabulous, had the porch decorated with lights and the mock fireplace/heater going for us when we arrived (it was a very cold weekend), and available for any questions. We are so grateful for being able to stay in this beautiful home. Thank you!

Great property. We really enjoyed staying there. Convenient to sites. Since there is no dishwasher, it would be nice to have a dish rack and drain for under it.

We rented house for family and friends coming in for our daughter's wedding. It was a great place to stay. Very clean! Plenty of room.

The sleeping set up was perfect for our family. We had four families, 8 adults, 2 kids under 10, and 2 infants. The kitchen said it was fully stocked, but did not have a baking pan or spatula. Coffee maker works well, but there were no filters so we had to buy some. The fridge never seemed to get cold enough for our waters. The washer and dryer worked well, there were plenty of towels and soap for us. The downstairs bathroom was very warm and almost unusable. There is a grill (we did not use it). The men request I add that the house needs 2 ply toilet paper. ;) The lower level did get warm, but I’d expect that when we were in and out all day in the heat. Ceiling fans and showers were excellent. Overall the set up and size were great for the amount of people we had!

This is a beautiful property with easy access to the beach, dining, Pleasure Pier & shopping. We were very comfortable & there were more than enough places to sleep with extra fold out beds in every bedroom.

The house was located in an up and coming neighborhood, seemed safe enough, we had no problems, except the frequent sirens in the evening. The home has been beautifully restored, seems to have maintained many original charms. There were problems with the A/C in different parts of the house. In fact the bathroom off the kitchen became known as the Turkish sauna, and was rarely used. The kitchen was a huge disappointment, no dishwasher, no toaster or blender, the fridge was never cold enough, and the ice machine was turned off, we never did get it to work. The owner advertised kitchen full stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Their were dishes, but no large bowls to mix things in, or a strainer. The only way to discuss the pot and pans was terrible, 1 small fry pan designed to cook for 2 and 4 small pots. None would suffice for a group of 10, we were a group of 5 and struggled to get breakfast cooked. If you have no other intent but to make coffee in this kitchen you will be very happy with this property. But at this price point, I would expect much better kitchen equipment. Unfortunately the poor kitchen equipment has left me very dissatisfied with this property.

The property is well kept has lots of space and clean. Enjoyed staying here. The beach is about a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed the walk, it seemed shorter than 20 minutes. On our way we saw the park which has a sprinkler park. The owners dad lives 2-3 houses down and greeted us upon arrival and was very kind. Owner answered my texts promptly. Thank you for a great stay!

The owner of this property is fantastic. Responds to emails/messages promptly. We loved the house and it was perfect for our needs. Will definitely rebook for future trips.

The house is exactly what it was described to be . I was very pleased it was 12 of us and everyone was comfortable with their own space . If I ever visit again I would definitely book this house again .
