Your charming cottage in Essonne
Situato nel cuore del villaggio di Milly-la-Forêt, a soli 45 minuti da Parigi (59 km), vicino ai negozi e al mercato coperto, questo casale del 1890 è stato completamente rinnovato e ridecorato per accogliervi offrendo tutti i comfort moderni. Potendo ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone, completamente nuovo e arredato con gusto, apprezzerai il suo soggiorno di 25m2 che si affaccia sulla grande terrazza in muratura chiusa esposta a sud (salone del giardino). Cucina americana completamente attrezzata. Su entrambi i lati dell'appartamento 2 camere molto grandi di 19m2 e 21m2 (di cui una dotata di un terzo letto). Ampio bagno con doppio lavandino e cabina doccia + WC. (fornitura di lenzuola e pulizia alla partenza in supplemento)

Nice flat with two big bedrooms and big bathroom.balcony is nice but no eveningsun.the street can be loud in the night if you are not used to that.we kept the window closed because of that.mostly right i

I spent 4 nights with friends in Milly for climbing in the Fontainebleau Forest. The apartment was just perfect for us - spacious, well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), five comfortable single beds and a great terrace to spend the evenings chilling after climbing. The location of the house is very good - all the great climbing spots in Trois Pignons can even be reached by bike (~8km) or in a couple of minutes by car. The house was clean and tidy and equipped with care. Easy check-in and check-out procedure (key safe at the house). Contact with the owner was quick and easy and always very friendly. I would definitly stay there again - clear recommendation!

We spent a month in this apartment and it was wonderful! The apartment is bright and airy with a lovely secluded patio off the main room. It is in an excellent location with a short walk to the center of town where there are many shops, bakeries, and a grocery store. Numerous bouldering areas are within a 15 minute drive. The apartment appears to have been recently remodeled with very new appliances. It was very clean.
Communication with Frederic was easy and he was very responsive. He speaks fluent English (and several other languages) and is highly organized. He provides binders with instruction manuals for the appliances in multiple languages as well as posted information about trash and other details. He goes out of his way to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
This home is unique from many other homes I have rented in that there may be fees at the end or your stay. However, these fees are very clear up front and are reasonable. I like that he allows you to clean the apartment prior to leaving to avoid the cleaning fee if you choose. In addition, he provides new linens (for a fee) if you do not bring your own. The only con we found to this apartment is there is some street noise as it is located on a main road.
