Check in time was 4pm which was a little bit of a bummer would’ve been nice to be a little earlier however the place was clean recently renovated and very homey. The owner was also great with communication. 4.5/5

My family enjoyed this unit for a week in July. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Brenda was most helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The location was perfect! We were easily able to get to Irvine, Huntington Beach, Anaheim or Fountain Valley and back to the house with minimum stress. While I stay off the highways as much as possible there is close access to them. It was so close to the Newport and Huntington beaches we could be on the sand in 10 minutes. Parking for 2 small vehicles or 1 large in the driveway was handy. and it was very easy to get in and out with no traffic on the residential street. A laundry room with washer and dryer were attached to the unit and when I forgot quarters, Brenda even offered to bring some over.We would definitely stay again.
