The location was in the midst of the city and the rooms were clean. The air conditioning was also proper.

The staff did not let me keep the luggage at the hotel post check-out. Because of this I had to carry my luggage and roam pondicherry for 5 hours post check-out until I could catch my flight back

It was excellent

The loved the service. The wanted to rent a vehicle and the hotel had it ready for me in 30mins and for a very reasonble price as well.

There were some parts of the room where the paint and the flooring were damaged.

This place have a different vibe. Nice location easy to access. They have updated menu with all verities of food . There rooms are spacious.

Definitely not considering again

The staff were well behaved and helpful.

Lack of cleanliness. We booked two rooms and both beds had stains and hair on them. Bathroom utilities weren't in the best shape not too clean. The images provided in the website must be from the day of opening as in reality the place is quite exhausted. Location is also a tad bit remote
