The bed was very comfortable and the cotton linen lovely.

The hotel is surrounded by lovely trees but is situated on the busy and noisy high street of Lonavala. The telephone (making it difficult to get a line to reception) and towel shelf in the bathroom fell off the wall. The toilet douche only worked at full blast! The curtain needed a couple of extra hooks. The air conditioner sensor was broken and kept coming detached every time I opened the balcony door! Oh… I got locked on the balcony door as I shut it behind me and there was no handle to let myself back in. Being on the 3rd floor of a noisy town it was a little scary ! The bikes are complimentary but you can only ride around the small car park and garden. I was sad I couldn’t ride to Kune falls which are only open in the monsoon season anyway.

The hotel was right off the highway soon as you enter Lonavala, so that was a plus. It made getting there fairly easy as well as when leaving Lonavala we didn't have to travel far to get to the highway and be on our way.

The food at the hotel was below average. I had 3 meals there and not one of them stood out, they were all decidely average with dinner being a re-run of lunch and below average.

Staff, Food and Location were top notch. The bedding was comfortable, and the room spacious.

The property is fairly new but felt like an old one. Unpainted exteriors make it look like an old dilapidated building from outside. Furniture and sanitary wear felt old. They should throw the old towels and get new ones. They have become black over the years.

The rooms were spacious and the hotel was good.

Great location. Good property with rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Also has a nice Garden and mandir on the ground floor. Overall the property is spacious located in prime lonavala market.

Food and Staff. Dinner spread and options were not good. Food ended up being cold on Friday while Saturday was better. Breakfast was also ok..Staff needs to be trained to more polite and helpful.
