Top Lage, gute Aufteilung des Appartements
Abgewohnt, marode Armaturen (nach 2 Tagen brach der Hebel bei der Toilette ab- wurde allerdings auch schnell ersetzt)
Rost in der Badewanne, Geschirrspüler durch Havarie nicht benutzbar, kein Wasserkocher obwohl in der Beschreibung Kaffee-Teebereiter stand

The unit has a nice full kitchen complete with utensils and pans to cook whatever you'd like.
Check out states 11am in the on site book. The cleaner arrived at 10:20am stating the check out was at 10am.

There was no breakfast. Location was good.
An hour before check in they called to tell me my reservation was canceled. I checked in anyway. Room was not properly cleaned. Fans were filthy. Floor had not been swept or mopped. Toilet in spare bathroom did not work properly. Tub in main bathroom dripped constantly. Dryer in main bathroom did not work.

great restaurant on site, very clean unit, full kitchen, in unit washer dryer, nice pool, quiet at night (yeah!), lots of towels in unit
sheets were rough, furniture older but mattress comfortable

Bad cleaning, our feet were black from walking around the place barefoot for 10 minutes.
Especially frustrating since we paid a $200+ cleaning fee for the booking.

I recommend this company 100% very good treatment, excellent, the cleaning of the apartment impeccable.
the department has all the services, wifi, tv A / c. The villa has a very good location near a Publix supermarket.

The cleanliness and the fact that the apartment was fully stocked with all needed cooking and kitchen supplies. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were wonderful for going to Clam Pass. Nice size screened in porch . Easy access to the pool. Loved the neighborhood, and how close Publix and other restaurants and shopping was. Front desk was very helpful. Loved the Island Gypsy overlooking the pool. Great food and drinks.
Only that we were short toilet paper and couldn’t purchase any because the stores had none left on the shelves due to the Covid 19 panic, so our last day we used the washroom at the front desk. The overall cost was a bit pricey for the week.
