Parcheggio nel garage !! Dai un'occhiata agli altri miei elenchi per leggere tutte le recensioni a 5 stelle !!!!
La passeggiata è tranquilla e piacevole a 0. 8 miglia dal cuore del campus di Mayo (Gonda, Mayo, Charlton Buildings e Methodist Hospital). Durante questa passeggiata passerai sopra un ponte pedonale e attraverserai il centro, dove potrai ammirare il parco, i ristoranti, i negozi e le caffetterie.
In inverno è possibile accedere al sistema di passerella interna a soli 0,5 miglia per evitare il clima frizzante.
Lo spazio è stato magnificamente ristrutturato. È dotato di una splendida cucina completamente attrezzata, perfettamente pulito e nuovo bagno completo, soggiorno e camera da letto combo (letto matrimoniale) con ampia cabina armadio e una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con 2 armadi. Tutti i materassi sono nuovi! I divani sono nuovi! La sedia è una poltrona reclinabile! Spazio condiviso con lavatrice, asciugatrice, tapis roulant e cyclette.
La casa è un duplex. l'appartamento 1 è il livello principale.

From renting to departure, Denise was easily reachable. Answered any questions we had. Home was easily accessible. When you entered the home, it felt cozy and inviting. Kitchen items were available and laundry was easily accessible. Overall, I would recommend for friends and family traveling to this area. Would definitely rent again if in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

One of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed in. The kitchen and bath is updated and the rest has its old house charm. Very clean and well thought out. For example, motion lights on the porch, nice/new kitchen appliances, extra towels, etc. the location is great for Mayo visits and east parking. All in all, great place. Thank you!

Property owner is in easy contact if you need anything, she cheerfully ensures you have what you need. The upper apartment was well appointed, kitchen has all you need, and is wonderfully clean and comfortable. Being able to use your own Amazon Firestick for the TV was a plus. Guest controlled central air was a Godsend in the unusual heat. Only negative is the sometimes sketchy activity in the park, although there is a police presence visible. Too many nights with individuals lingering in front of the property but the home is very secure and security measures are in place. Loved the apartment and the host is exactly as other reviews state. Will definitely visit this hosts's locations again. Am already booked with her for an upcoming visit. Rent here with confidence!

Pros: A 15/20 minute river walk past the public library to Mayo. Garage available for Rochesters wonderful winters/security. Great property owner. Clean bathroom/kitchen with well stocked appliances. The only con is the second story apartment with steps only entry which if you can't walk to Mayo then you probably should not rent this unit. Great location !!!

Older but well-maintained home with queen, wood floors, and ample space for our visit to Rochester in the mayo clinic. Close proximity to walk to the downtown while you’re still just outside of the city in a quiet suburb location.
Read communication and check in and easy access and departure. The free coffee was appreciated.

If you have to bring a loved one to Mayo Clinic for a multi-day evaluation, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! Located in a beautiful neighborhood with a park and river across the street. Access to walking / biking paths. This 2 bedroom home has a large kitchen and huge bathroom. There is a quaint sitting room in the Master Bedroom for your group to sit, relax and watch the large flat-panel TV. Located 6 minutes from the 2 Mayo Clinic Campuses, it is ideal for an extended stay while you're treated at Mayo Clinic.

The house is right on a nice large park, walk out the front door, cross the small neighborhood road, and you are in the park - complete unobstructed access and view. Given it snowed while we were there it was nice to use the garage so we did not have to clean the snow off the car in the mornings. We really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with nice things, they seemed new. The bath was larger than expected. Mayo is in a section of town with older homes, so it you want to be near Mayo, this home is near but has the modern conveniences since it is renovated. The owner was great to work with too.

My sister was having treatments at the Mayo Clinic and this little place was perfect for her. It was close to the clinic and very clean and cozy. The owner was so very attentive and accommodating. there were no issues with their stay and we will definitely be booking here again for further treatments. Great experience!

My husband and I were in town for Mayo Clinic visits and these accommodations are perfect! The layout is perfect and provides an oasis in the midst of the hectic pace of appointments and tests. Denise was very attentive and responsive to any need we had. The location is ideal for walking to the Mayo buildings. We will definitely stay here when we return.

We were able to park in the garage and walk to every location we needed to including all of our Mayo Clinic appointments. My son enjoyed meeting other children and playing on the nearby playground and we loved walking the trails. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that we had.

This beautiful house took care of us for my 6 year old sons Mayo visit. My son, my mother and I stayed for 3 days and was perfect. It is less than a mile from Mayo. We had 2 different appointmentst in 2 different buildings. The check in was extremely easy. I got all information needed before we arrived. The house is beautiful and clean. It made us feel very welcome and comfortable especially during our difficult time. I will definitely come back. The garage was a nice perk to have also. Denise was amazing and we are so grateful for everything she does. Oh and the St. Augustin t-shirt my son got he loved! I loved mine too. Thank you again!
