Splendido rifugio sul lungomare privato appartato a 2 piani con piscina in comune e accesso alla vasca idromassaggio. Porta la tua barca e allacciala al molo per la pesca o le crociere al tramonto. 4 piedi di profondità media dell'acqua al molo. Vi attendono facili gite in barca ai ristoranti locali e alle città storiche. 5 minuti in auto dagli ottimi ristoranti e location per matrimoni dell'isola del Kent. Comodo accesso alla Rt 50 ea soli 15 minuti da Annapolis. Ottimo per feste nuziali .. Camere da letto: King Bedroom Suite al piano principale. Zona loft con due camere da letto matrimoniali un'altra camera da letto con tre (3) letti matrimoniali. Goditi tutto ciò che la costa orientale ha da offrire. La casa ha un accesso tramite scale interne dal garage alle zone giorno al secondo e terzo piano.

This property was absolutely perfect for our reunion weekend! The pool and hot tub were incredible. The property is clean and spacious. We chartered a boat day and the boat was able to come pick us up and drop us off at the dock right on the property. Kent Island had everything we needed for a long weekend. Grocery and liquor store just a mile or 2 down the road, & plenty of restaurant options nearby. The kitchen was full stocked so we could grill out one night. John was an incredibly kind and accommodating host with great communication! Would absolutely rent from him again in the future!

There was nine of us ladies that stayed at John's fantastic home near Kent Island MD. When arriving on the property you are taken back by the beauty of the house, the grounds and than you see the pool and you know you never want to leave. We hope to be back soon. Thanks John for everything.

Place was clean! Hot tub was great! Only thing that would have been nice to know is that the home is above a garage that the owners actively use. During the night cars were moved from garage under us.
