Questa casa su 3 livelli dispone di un ampio soggiorno al piano principale, cucina, 3/4 bagni e garage. Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Il piano seminterrato ha un bagno completo, materasso gonfiabile queen, comodo divano, mini-bar, calcio balilla, schermo proiettore 9ft per film, freccette, lavanderia e un sacco di divertimento. Pista ciclabile e zona verde sono a pochi passi dal nostro cortile e corre per miglia e miglia!

We needed a place to stay near Cherry Hills Christian Church School while our house was being renovated. This was the perfect sized house and the perfect location for our 3-generational family's needs!

This home is located in a very quiet area which is also near a beautiful walking path. It is also near shopping and restaurants which made it very handy. The home is furnished well and is great for a large family or 2 small families to share. The basement “theatre/game” room is wonderful! It is a great place to gather and spend time together. We had a short question for the owner and the response was quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home for any type of visit to the area.

Quiet and Roomy
This house is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac right next to a walking/biking path. The full kitchen was nice for preparing our own breakfasts and a dinner, and we had plenty of private space in the bedrooms and baths. A good rental for families, with a basement family/tv/movie room. It was easy to get on the main roads to access shopping and sightseeing trips from the neighborhood. Shane was a good host and very responsive to our questions and needs!

The house is gorgeous! We were greeted with beautiful fresh flowers. Shane had a pack n play waiting for me, at my request. This was beyond helpful when traveling with a baby!! The dining room sits a huge group comfortably. The beds are comfortable. The downstairs game room is a perfect place to relax and play darts, foosball, and watch a movie on the large projector. There is a fenced in back yard that the kids can run around in, and beautiful walking trails right behind the house. We give this property an A+!!!
