The were cockroaches all over,
there was no door for the toilet,
the sink to our toilet was leaking,
sheet of our bad were torned.
The bed to our room was in a bad.
The people outside our room kept us away half of our night.
The place looked like a brothel than a stay in house. Se
Security is good but I wanted to leave in the middle of the night but I could not find anyone to open for us hence we left very early in the morning .

No towels a ripped an torn blanket black moist bathroom ceiling access to the premises you had to call the cleaner to go in or out not welcomed on arrival the place advertised was not the place we were gonna stay in

It was not interesting at all. Bathroom were full of cocorosh and wad molded.

The woman that was helping us was super nice and she made sure that we were comfortable

Too much noise created by other room mates. Parking inside is terrible. Requested self catering but had only bar fridge and basin with no microwave to warm up food with no additional catering utensils.

Lawrance took the time to collect me from my drop-off point and drove me to the guesthouse

Towel had a hole in and frayed in one side
Basin mixer completely unusable and loose
Bathroom and room ceiling covered with black fungus
Towel holder damaged and loose
Staff locked the kitchen accees to the house so i was trapped between the room and the main house for several minutes

Was very cold, no heater or electric blanket, fridge space was not according to the advert. Noise from other rooms was disturbing.. Another thing no changing of bedding... We used one towel, from the day we checked in up until the last day..

It is not a self catering or studio flat/place that was advertised only a room with your shower and toilet.

Treatment from the staff was excellent and it is situated in a nice quite area.
The TV, maybe if they can upgrade to other channels because now we are only watching you tube

I liked the comfort and the atmosphere that it gave
The bathroom door couldn't close and they didn't have proper kitchen equipment, they had old broken dishcloths etc

There were no paper in the toilet curtain was teard will never go there again I will never recommend it to my friends and family never again

The property is self catering and therefore we had to provide our own food.
The room that I we were provided with had cockroaches. Soap holder was not available in the shower and the door locker was not properly aligned to hold the door in strong winds.

No remote control and it has cockroaches.There where a hole in the hall,the cupboard were broken and if the electricity goes off than there is no water.
