È dotato di TV a schermo piatto a parete in entrambe le camere da letto e TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici nel soggiorno, cucina recentemente rinnovata con lavatrice e asciugatrice e ampio balcone con vista sull'oceano con ampie vedute sull'Atlantico. Il bagno principale en suite ha una doccia a pioggia francese su una vasca idromassaggio a specchio. Altri extra includono spazio extra per la cucina, libri e video, una nuova scrivania per laptop con vista sull'oceano (wifi gratuito) e telefono locale. La struttura offre una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto di grandi dimensioni, una bella piscina interna riscaldata, con una palestra ben attrezzata con vista sulla piscina. Gli sport acquatici sulla spiaggia nelle vicinanze includono gite in banana boat, parasailing e noleggio SeaDoo. Accanto alla proprietà è un pub irlandese con molti posti a sedere sull'oceano.

The location was perfect, it was oceanfront and convenient to great places to eat. The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Me, my husband and our two girls had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Don and Candy were excellent in keeping in touch before and during our stay! They gave recommendations on things to do in the area which I loved! It’s always nice to hear of different options of things to do before you go on a trip, even grocery stores around the area. We loved the big balcony. The beach was not too crowded in front of the building which was a big plus! We absolutely love North Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The location to the beach was amazing! The condo was great! Stocked with a lot of things for us! We also loved that that there was some beach equipment. The chairs could use a upgrade as 2 were broke upon our arrival. Overall couldn’t ask for a better vacation. The communication with the owners was wonder and they answered all of our questions in a speedy fashion! We will be back.

We had a great time. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. The oceanfront balcony is wonderful. We strongly recommend this property. The owners are very helpful and available to help with any problems and they provide all the information you need before you arrive.

Condo was very nice. Easy check in. Only complaint was there are no sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels or wash cloths provided. Did not know this until a little over a week before flying out. Was a good amount added on to rent. Couldn't fit in suitcase so just threw everything away.

Good: Location, owners and communication, mostly clean(more detail in bad), washer & dryer were great.
Owners were very informative and communicated what to expect. Really appreciated all of the details and info before arrival. Location was great, nearby restaurant which has entertainment and good food, close by beach shop and mini mart for quick runs and an ice cream shop. The room cleanliness was great, the balcony area seemed to be a forgotten area.
Bad: Room size, balcony cleanliness, dishwasher
Rooms were very tight especially the master bedroom. Walking around the bed at night requires some gymnastics especially given you have to leave the suitcases out in the room as the closets don't really have any room for clothes or housing more than one suitcase. The living room area is roomy enough, but the pull out bed is very uncomfortable so I'd recommend to pull the mattress off and sleeping directly on the floor. My son slept much better there and he is 16. The balcony cleanliness was not great. The furniture and outer trim on doors an windows were covered in a black mold-ish looking substance. Not the best visual and gave a feeling you were sitting in dirt even though it may have been perfectly fine. It's a small nitpick but one that should be easily remedied for the owners. Dishwasher dish holders inside were all rusted. Not a particularly pleasant look or thought as you are putting things into that to clean. We ended up handwashing everything just because the idea of rust on utensils didn't seem appealing.

The location of the condo was convenient to absolutely everything in North Myrtle Beach. We both would highly recommend this condo to everyone and plan on renting it again next year ourselves.

From beginning to end, Candy and Don were wonderful to communicate with us. They answered all questions quickly. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. The master bed was very comfy. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Another perk was the speed of the elevators. We would definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful Week
Beach location was what I wanted and that was what I got. Go down the elevator and you are on the sand. Enough food and entertainment within 10 minutes to keep you busy and tons more places to go within 30 minutes. Condo was a little tight for 5 but certainly manageable. Hosts were great and very thorough and accurate with what we needed to do to access the facilities. The building is a bit in need of some TLC and we did have issues with the newly retrofitted elevators, but nothing could dampened the beauty and fun of the ocean in your front yard. Great time and highly recommended..

2021 Family Vacation
Don and Candy are rock stars. They have a great unit and the price was great. Totally recommend them. It's not often when you rent that the owners call and take care of any needs you have. They did just that. Thanks again Don and Candy.

This was a great getaway for us we had a great time. Would love to come back for another stay. The elevator was an issue. Only one worked so it was busy and slow for the amount of people using it. Other than that this is a great place to stay. Ocean side view is awesome. A really great place to kick back and enjoy life. We will be back. Thank you . The Moores from upstate N.Y.
