The condo was very conveniently located within 5 minutes of the ski lifts and had a new refrigerator with ice maker and new microwave. The overall cleanliness was really good and there was an ample amount of bedding in all three bedrooms, a beginning stock of toilet paper and paper towels, seasonings and cling wrap, as well as a playpen, lots of games and even a toy rideable car that our 10 month old absolutely loved. There were several downsides to he condo starting with the extremely loud upstairs condo that sounded like people bowling and rollerblading until 4 am and the number on the refrigerator sign and on the website that we were told to call to Keystone security resulted in that company saying the unit was not covered by them so we needed to call the police! After 2 nights of no sleep for the baby, we made a visit to the upstairs to ask them to keep it down, which only helped for about 2 hours. We were told there were no other accommodations to move to, so we just had to stay there or find somewhere else on our own with no refund. The overall appearance of the condo was very worn and there were several areas that needed to be repaired or replaced including the unstable toilet that continuously ran water, the leaking sink faucet, and shower head in the guest bathroom, broken tiles around the fireplace, dented and noisy floor heating, rusted and broken pots and pans, storage containers with no lids, and the non drying dryer in the coin/cc laundry room in the building that cost $2 a cycle to use but took 3 cycles to dry the 2 dish towel and 4 small bath towels provided for up to 10 people for 6 days! The Summit County MR company had a great webpage and app and sent a great amount of emails explaining general info but the staff was not trained to answer questions and had to contact someone else to try to find out what we needed to do or if there would be any sort of a discount (which there wasn’t)since we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency

Overall a very good experience. Showed up after dark had a little difficulty finding the right building but other than that a great time on the mountains.

The overall experience was great. The staff helped us with our reservation, check in and out was easy, and the accomodations were as advertised. Our only issue on the front end is we did not see the initial confirmation emails that were arriving over the weekend and had to rebook a different unit than our original choice. However, SCMR did get us in to a very similar unit.

We had a very nice stay, it was very clean. But the oven didn’t work the best. The faucets all leaked and two doors are really banged up. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay. The pool is also amazing.

This place was a great last moment find. Lots of space, great pool area. We were very comfortable. We did have trouble with the tv but it was fixed by our second night. Upstairs became very warm but otherwise no issues.

The property was a great, and came with everything needed. The property had places to walk/hike and was close to town. Only 2 parking passes for up to 10 guests was the only issue we dealt with but there are free lots in town to use so not a huge deal

The check in process was a pain. Keys should be collecting sight rather than having to negotiate the off sight process. The property was adequate but the TVs didn’t work and appliances are old and tired. Location is great. Hot tub was out of order. And no clothes washer and dryer. Hair dryer in guest bath doesn’t work. Only one clothes washer for the entire property!

Located just a few miles from the chairlift. Bus stop nearby if needed but we drove and parked by the chairs. Condo is not new but was comfortable for a family of four and two grandparents. Nice to be able to prepare meals and relax. Purchase food in Dillon. Complex has pool and hot tub but be sure to check they are open. Would definitely enjoy revisiting.

We stayed here for a 4 day ski vacation. Check in-out information clearly provided. Nice place, clean, kitchen had utensils for us to cook a couple modest meals.
Used the Bus shuttle for transportation to and from lift areas. Really enjoyed it

The condo itself was clean and a nice location. Communication with property management before our stay was excellent. We were very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were not working. We rented this place specifically because it had a community hot tub. It's surprising that during the height of the holidays (between Christmas and New Years) and peak ski season that the hot tub was not working.

Family Vacay to the mountains
We had a wonderful time and stay at the Flying Dutchman 1194. It was in a centralized location to all the activities we did while we stayed there. And the amenities were top 10. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. It literally sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. With kids ranging in age from 10months-9 yrs old, it was hard to get them asleep at night.

We did not stay in our rental much because we were out exploring. But it had everything we needed and was close to River Run and Lakeside (where we spent a lot of time feeding the fish, lol). Would definitely stay here on our next visit!

The Flying Dutchman was clean and functional. We would stay there again. However, it is ready for an update. The stove had a broken burner and the cookware was in poor shape. That said , this unit met our needs. We were warm, clean, rested, and fed.

We have stayed in the area before to attend conferences and were disappointed at the quality of this unit. This unit was definitely not worth any more than we paid. Mattress in second bedroom is too soft and saggy, the faucets were leaky, the stove door handle was almost detached, the microwave handle was broken off, all the skillets need replacing, there were no potholders, one of the refrigerator shelves was broken, it was dark and lamps didn't work well, tubs needed anti-slip mats, the bar stools were so unstable they should not be used as seats. It was convenient to the conference center and had ample parking for our two families.

unit was clean. very nice. the pool and hot tub area were really nice and clean. the unit itself needs some updating- was disappointed in that. kitchen pots and pans could be replaced. shower heads were both loose and tubs we very small. beds were decent. the second bed was very loose felt like it would colapse in on itself. TV cable in Living room never worked. kids had to watch tv on my laptop instead of TV. smoke detectors kept going off. someone woke me and my family alone w everyone else in the building one night by pulling the fire alarm. had to evacuate the building at midnight. but we had a great time anyways. also the gas grill at the unit was nasty had all kinds of grease and gunk inside the grill. couldnt use it at all.

We had a great time here! 8 of us stayed here for a 3 day college friends trip over the summer and it was awesome. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. The property managers even fulfilled the extra requests we had for them. Great location, great place. Kind of a throw back to the 80's but we very much enjoyed the location, ground floor access outside the patio, hiking and biking out the door and really nice pool area. We would come back!
