Beautiful lake house on quiet cove with stunning views.
Ci siamo innamorati di questo lotto perché ha acque profonde per tutto l'anno, ma è alla fine di una baia dove si può nuotare tutto il giorno e non preoccuparsi delle barche che passano. Abbiamo progettato la casa intorno al sogno di una grande fuga di famiglia e amici.
Ci sono 5 camere da letto con letti king size, di cui 4 con bagno privato. Ci sono 2 camere a castello, una con 8 letti singoli e una con 2 letti matrimoniali e 2 doppie. C'è un'altra camera da letto con una doppia più letto a castello. 6 delle camere hanno una splendida vista sul lago.
La grande cucina dovrebbe soddisfare facilmente le vostre esigenze con due frigoriferi, due lavastoviglie, un doppio forno e un forno a microonde. Ci sono due spazi di vita con caminetti e un altro spazio per ping pong con posti a sedere bar e un bar bagnato. C'è anche una sala teatro.
C'è un portico schermato fuori dal piano principale, una terrazza privata accanto al maestro, e un ampio patio con piano di calpestio aggiuntivo al piano terra. Il mazzo fuori dalla cucina ha una griglia a gas.
Il molo a due piani ha una piattaforma per saltare, pergola, plancetta e amaca sull'acqua.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the house. We consisted of eight adults and ten children aged seven to thirteen. We spent the majority of our time on the lake, but we also engaged in activities such as pickleball and basketball. We intend to return in the future. Angie was an exceptional host who promptly responded to our inquiries.

The home was very accommodating to our large family with ages 1-60! We all had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of entertainment. Great little town with very friendly people.

The master bedroom is on the north side and does not have enough registers to heat the room even if the unit is running. Most of the time the unit never comes on because the thermostat is in the worst possible place in the kitchen where the heat from the stove keeps the thermostat satisfied so the heat never comes on. This may work very well in the summer, but does not work well at all in the winter. Angie told me about the space heater and that helped. There needs to be a space heater in the bathroom as it is even colder than the bedroom. I had to move the space heater back-and-forth between the bathroom and the master bedroom. The first two nights we were there sometimes during the middle of the night the heat would switched to 50 so we got no heat until the next morning. I got in touch with Angie and got her to change the thermostat so it would not do that. It should never have been set to that to start with. I suggest that Angie stay there a few times during the year so she can see how the HVAC units are inadequate for this house. Some of the rooms upstairs stayed too warm and some stayed very very cold. It seems that it’s only one thermostat to control three floors. Common sense would tell you this is not a good set up as each floor should have its own thermostat. There may be separate units for each different floor but they all seem to be controlled by one thermostat. If there’s more than one thermostat, we could not find them. The big TV was very good.
