Everyone enjoyed. It is so convenient. We were there mid October & Falcons Neat, one of our favorites, was closed for the week but we will be back. This is our 4th stay at the Plantation - so convenient & safe - you can let the kids roam.

My friends told me “You did good!” when they saw this villa. It has been updated and the furnishings are beautiful, comfortable as well as functional. The view is breathtaking and the surroundings of this property are lush and well-maintained. The villa is fully stocked and you shouldn’t have to bring anything but your clothes and toiletries. The first night, while sitting on the balcony, we saw two large turtles in the green space. Wow! The owner is helpful and responsive. If I didn’t have a destination bucket-list, I’d be back next year!

This condo is very nice and has everything you could possibly need. The view of the ocean is better than the pictures can depict and the area the condo is in is beautiful with lots of trees and walking trails. We had a great time and would not hesitate to come back again.

Our family loved the condo. It was very comfortable and had wonderful views. We will definitely come back in the future!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we had a wonderful time. The property was as described, check-in was easy, and working with Amy was great! And Amelia Island was beautiful and peaceful. We hope to visit again soon!

I really can’t say enough good things about this property. The view and location are phenomenal. We had kids with us, so proximity to the beach and pool were important. You are so close to both in this unit. It was clean and well cared for. Air conditioning and water pressure were excellent. Something that always drives me crazy is the tiny amount of “starter supplies” you get in most rentals. This place had plenty of everything, and we had 7 people. Enough towels, toiletries, kitchen necessities, everything. Check in and departure were super easy, loved the keyless entry. Very spacious, two balconies, wi fi was great. We would definitely recommend this rental!

This is our second year to stay in this condo with family. Everything was perfect, just like last year. You can’t beat the views, the beach, and the pool. Used the outdoor grills by the pool for a great cookout. Saw lots of wildlife from the balcony, from rabbits to turtles to dolphins. We hope to make this an annual family gathering here.

Had a great time. Condo was very clean. The property was very nice with restaurants close by, shopping and even a really nice playground for the kids

This property was exactly what we hoped for. We give this condo 9.5 out of 10. Our only suggestion would be to replace the bed mattress on all beds. Everything else was spot on!! Thank you.

The views from this condo are really spectacular. You can catch the sunrise over the ocean on the front patio and the sunset on the back patio. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and well stocked. We couldn't ask for much more. Great place for our young family and we hope to return in the future!

The rooms in this condo are large with plenty of room for everyone. Great location on the beach.

Checked into the villa just as it was described til we walked out on the balcony. Our ocean front view was far from what we expected. After speaking to several owners and doing some investigating we found out the were rebuilding the beach. This project has been planned for two years and has been going on for some time now (working it’s way up the beach.) We shortly realized the “100 yard or less walk” to the beach was now 350 yards!! Yes 350 yards! Needless to say once you got situated on the beach you were there for the day. I immediately contacted the rental agency explaining to her how nice the condo and property was, but the construction on the beach was not acceptable. I explained I would be leaving a bad review because I feel like she (Amy Murphy) should have warned us about this especially since we had only rented it on the Monday before arriving Wednesday. Her response was,”well I’ll leave a bad review on you too.” I knew then I would need to have the remaining conversations between us in writing so I hung up and started texting. Then she stated things like, “You started off angry.” Yes I did. I asked plainly about distance to the beach because we were bringing our moms and we didn’t pay that kind of money to look at that and have this inconvenience. She then said,” she had no idea it was in front of the villa (“machinery just got there the day we arrived)” and it was my fault because I booked it.” Well little did she know we had already spoke to some other owners where they confirmed the fence had been in front of villa for almost two weeks and machinery since last week. Another couple said their rental agency contacted them on Friday before Saturday arrival about the situation and offered them half off stay or full refund and cancellation. Another group who also rented from Amelia Home Management got the same treatment I did. I told her I would give her the benefit of the doubt she didn’t know it was in front of the villa , but she knew it was coming that way and the right thing to do would be to warn customers of the possibility of the inconvenience. Yet we got nothing! We had several more intense conversations where she (Amy Murphy) conducted herself unprofessionally. Day 2 I finally was able to reach the owner of the villa directly. I explained the situation and he was very apologetic and said she knew this was going on and he immediately offered us a refund. He was very concerned of how business was handled. Owner did right thing!

The condo was associated with the Omni Amelia Island Plantation which include all of the eminties associated with the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. We enjoy the walking and bike trails plus the views of the beach were breathtaking. The only negative issue was having a to contact the property manager for a clogged shower drain. After being informed by the property manager of the plumber arriving between 3-5 pm to fix the issue, I arrived back from the beach around 1pm to getting something and the plumber was inside of the condo trying to fix the issue. It concern me because he did not try to contact me. He stated, that he was in the area and decide to stop by. He also stated that I should have not use the drano cleaner that was in the bathroom because it was known to solidify and become hard as cement. Which is untruth because I did some research and it does not solidify but can cause other issues. He also stated the buildings were old and have a lot of plumbing issues and should be pushed down, but the building are well maintained and look great. The plumber left the condo and did not inform me he was coming back and about ten minutes he entered the condo again without knocking or ring the doorbell. The plumber state he had call another plumber to come by and decide to vacuum the water out of the drain and found very small sea shells and sand blocking the drain which fixed the problem. My main concern was the safety of my guest because he should have contact me and the property manager about the change in reporting to the condo. I had several females in my family and one could have been in the shower. The property manager did and excellent job with everything and I hope she speaks to the plumbing company and informed them about this issue so other guest will not experience any inconveniences. The condo was in excellent condition and yes I would stay again. Thanks Amy for all your help you were a great hostess.

Easy to book. Proximity to airport was good. Size and layout for our group of 7 was perfect!

Great visit for 5 adults, 13-yr old, 7 yr old & 11 mth old! Kids loved the pool and beach access. Condo has beautiful views of ocean and was in great shape with everything needed to prepare meals/dine in and relax in the living room. Bedrooms were very roomy and we all felt like we had enough space in the unit. Great and quick communication with Amy, the property manager for any needs or questions. There is one flight of stairs to condo once off elevator, but even my 89-yr old dad with a cane had no issues. For pool & beach access there are more stairs than we thought, which we will keep in mind with hauling kids stuff to both places. But nothing unmanageable. Overall a very relaxing stay!

Eight of us stayed in this 3 bedroom condo. Clean, spacious, well-equipped for family dinners. And the property is wonderful as well!

We enjoyed stay number 5 in this unit and enjoyed another upgrade this year-hardwood in the third bedroom. Everything else was wonderful as usual. Booking agent found a left behind item and is mailing to us. Thank you for a wonderful retreat.
