This was our second year at this unit and it was once again perfect! All the comforts of home with all the extras needed for the beach. We enjoyed the amenities provided-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, puzzles, fans -I can’t even name them all. The area is great, not far from downtown but also close to Fort Pickens, great bike/walking paved path and just a short walk to Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s. The pool area was meticulously maintained and the entire property was neat and well kept. We really appreciated that the property hired security during the Blue Angels show to keep parking secured. It was great having everything on one leveland being just one level above garage so not many stairs to deal with. Our family has truly loved staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was kid friendly, and we loved having 3 bathrooms. We loved the short walk to the beach, as well as the pool. We would frequently head to the beach for a few hours, and then rinse the kids off and jump in the pool for a few more. We appreciated the use of the beach towels as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We also appreciated the graciousness of the hosts to refund some of the money due to construction issues with the neighboring condos that shut the pool down on our last full day there. We would love to stay here again!

This property is easy to get to, not crowded, the room is super close to the pool and beach. Its small enough that it’s quiet and very easy to have plenty of your own space on the beach. There are so many things provided as far as toys for the beach and pool and kitchen amenities that you don’t need to bring much with you at all. Great communication with manager and owners if anything isn’t up to snuff. The beds are comfortable, private parking in the garage is great, and we just couldn’t be happier. We have been returning here for years now because we know everything will be perfect.

Pros: Susan was very receptive and prompt with her communication. She let me know there was construction going on with the complex and offered a couple extra days to compensate. Condo is in a great location and steps from the beach. The kitchen is stocked nicely with pots/pans/dishes. It is nice having 3 bathrooms. Cons: No ceiling fans or overhead lights in the bedrooms. Beds are absolutely awful, and pillows are not much better. The bedspreads are old, scratchy and very dated. Until I arrived, I was not informed the outlet in the garage was not available for car charging. It should have been notated in the property advertisement.

Less than 20 steps to pool, and directly on gulf.! Big open living area! TWO balconies on gulf side! Big bedrooms! Well stocked kitchen! Susan has you comfortable before you even arrive; her communication is top notch! If there is anything to mention (even though it didn’t bother our group at all) there aren't any TVs in the guest bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again!!

I love that they provided beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, floaties, bikes (we didn't get around to using), garage, towels, made it very easy to clean up when we left, provided detergent, dishsoap and trash bags for that. It was very spacious never felt over crowded with my 5 grown children. The only thing I did not enjoy were the stairs everywhere we went. The condo has 14 steps up, the pool has 4 steps up, the beach walk has about 6 up and 6 down. Not anyone's fault but I have bad knees so I didn't go back and forth at all. It felt very private and family friendly. I could go on and on. I think we will visit again next October. It was beautiful

The other bedrooms have private bathrooms. This is probably the best stocked property I've rented. Plenty of paper products for us, cleaning supplies and beach stuff. We saw one guest parking spot with a 12 hr limit sign, but the street parking on the other side of the complex was easy to get to for those with more than 2 cars. The beach patrol drives by pretty often on the beach. The beach flags are kind of far, to the west at the public beach, but you can see them in the distance. Short walk to the beach. Host was quick to respond to our messages and texts.

This is the only place we will stay in Pensacola! The beds are comfortable and the condo is always clean. Highly recommended by us! Quick walk to the not-crowded beach. Everything you’ll need is in the garage. Price is reasonable. Good communication with manager as always! You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with lots of extras; beach towels, rafts, bikes, spices, paper products etc.

We loved spending Blue Angels week here - so much so that we went ahead and booked it for next year! We loved the self-locking door with a code - it made it very easy for our group to come and go individually while keeping the unit secure. There were tons of beach supplies in the garage, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals there. We really liked the proximity to Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s. The complex’s maintenance man, Michael, was so friendly and was always out early and working hard to keep the pool and surrounding property on top shape. Our only suggestion would be adding darker curtains in the master bedroom - the pool light could make it pretty bright in there at night.

We didn’t have a toddler with us, but they had a pack & play along with diapers and little swimmers. We also didn’t use the golf club sets, but they had them available. It also came equipped with hand soaps & sanitizers. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Plenty of space on the beach far from hotels and high rises. Easy walk from the room past the pool to the beach. 4 great beach chairs and big umbrella in the garage, plus boogie boards, bikes, etc. Lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, 2 balconies, perfect for lots of people.

The unit was very clean and well equipped, great location, quite and the beach was not crowded at all. plenty of room in the unit we had 3 18-21 yr old's and 2 Adults The owners had everything you would need for a great experience. This unit and location is on my list for a return visit.

Susan is WONDERFUL! Condo was clean, well equipped and so comfy! With kiddos, it was a little hard not having TVs in the bedrooms, but other than that, perfection!
