The owner gave us a free hotel transfer. Simple snacks, juices, and yogurt are free. The place is good for campers.

The place is far from touristy place. There is no public mass transportation in the area. Though about 1km is mall and Family Mart. Room is small, blanket is smelly.

Imagine a James Bond hideaway run by Steve McQueen. That’s what this B&B felt like. Our jovial, Harley-riding host decked out the place like a man cave, with all the fixings. In summer, the high end bicycles available, lovely back patio and open air feel must be great. (We were there in December, so could not take advantage of that.)

It is a little out of the way compared to other hotel and inn options in Kawaguchiko. If you don’t have a car that can be a challenge. But the host is gracious about picking up and dropping off at the train station.

El trato del dueño. El hotel está situado en medio del bosque y no hay transporte público que te acerque a él. El dueño te recoge y te lleva de vuelta a la estación de tren. La habitación era una chulada, como un apartamento con dos plantas, no el faltaba detalle. El hotel en si mismo es un espectáculo, peculiar todo él.

El desayuno muy muy escaso. Solo había salchichas, huevos y pan. Cuando quisimos bajar a desayunar ya casi no quedaban y no repuso comida.

Liked the heated lounge area. Washing machine was good but the drying cycle that was part of the washing machine was too harsh on our clothes.

A minimal breakfast was provided. 2 cooked sausages and 2 cooked eggs for 2 people left in a warmed bain marie. No cereal provided. Bread for toast provided. The location was a km walk in a slightly deserted area and dark and cold after 4.30 pm. Reception by host on arrival was not very friendly. No wine or champagne was provided in the family suite as stated on the booking.com website. Super thin towels were supplied and these 2 towels had to be used for 3 days!

I had the most incredible holiday staying in the camper van in the beautiful lakes of Fuji. The picturesque surroundings and serene waters made for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What truly made this experience exceptional was my host Taka. He was friendly, kind and attentive, recommending places to visit. He kindly picked me up from the train station and when I checked out he drove me back to the train station free of charge. The camper van itself was well-equipped and comfortable, even during the colder nights the inside heater warmed the space. I can't recommend this holiday experience enough. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway, coupled with a welcoming and attentive host, the lakes of Fuji in a camper van is a great choice.

Le chien est un ange qui demande uniquement de l’amour mais le pauvre est délaissé, sans place, sans jouets/occupation et sans soin (il a visiblement des problèmes de peau, des tics et la trace du collier). Il y a également 3 chats qui eux ont la chance de pouvoir faire leur vie et aller où ils veulent contrairement à ce pauvre chien. Je mettrais donc 8/10 pour le lieu et le service mais 0/10 pour l’humanité et les conditions du chiens Occupez-vous de votre chien comme il faut et la çà serait top.
