The friendly staff and the location. Mohammad and Saja at the reception desk always greeted me and my wife. Special thanks to Chef Mama, who always prepared our breakfast just right.

The hotel is located right across the road from the Roman Theatre and near to the Citadel, Downtown and Rainbow Street so is ideal for exploring some of Amman. The view of the Roman Theatre from the roof terrace and my room was great.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Saja on reception. The Arabic style breakfast was good.
The door to the room was not very soundproof and so even limit noise in the corridor was disturbing. The bed was also incredibly firm, and I enjoy a firm bed.

The room is big and the location of the hotel is very close to the beach
The room and overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved
