Situato in un edificio secolare, la struttura può ospitare fino a 6 persone unisce lo stile classico con tocchi moderni. molto caldo e spazio tranquillo, ha un soggiorno-sala da pranzo e luminoso, con finiture di alta qualità. Godetevi una fantastica cena (tavolo per 6) con una vista spettacolare. Le camere, dotate di balcone privato, sono distribuiti; una master suite con letto matrimoniale (200x200) e due camere da letto con due letti singoli (90x200),. L'appartamento ha un bagno, un bagno e una stanza separata per la lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro e prodotti per la pulizia.

We stayed with our family of 4 young adults for 9 nights. The apartment is large and spacious. We really enjoyed the location close to the palace and in the center of the old town. Great restaurants close by as well as the fun Mercado for tapas and drinks. Roberto is incredibly flexible and very easy to communicate with. He was very helpful.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is located in perfect location for walking to so many historical attractions. I plan to rent the unit again during our next visit.

Wonderful place in a great location.
We had an incredible stay. Beautiful condo with everything you could ask for. It was clean and perfect for our family with 3 teens. The location is incredible, walk to everything and fantastic restraunts right around the corner. Check in was super easy and Roberto was helpful with answering any questions. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for any family.

The property was beautifully situated in Madrid near Puerta del Sol and restaurants. It was near the Market of San Miguel and shops. The apartment faced a cathedral and parts of the city. It was quiet since it was on the fourth floor. It has been refurbished and was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Loved it.

A great place in the centre of the city
This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed, including washer / dryer and king sized bed. The unit itself was very clean and somewhat upscale. It is within easy walking distance to the Mercato de San Miguel, Royal Palace, and Plaza Mayor. Within 15 minutes walking of subways and train station, you can really get anywhere you need to do.
Roberto, our property manager, could not have been more helpful.
We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartments have 3 big, nice bedrooms and a big and welcoming livingroom. The standard is good, everything is very clean etc. Even the beds are nice. The location is great and you have many of the tourist attractions in Madrid within walking distance. Roberto and Javier were very welcoming and helpful. We definitely recommend to stay here and would love to come back.

Amazing!
We were graciously greeted and escorted to the flat. The flat was beyond our expectations, it’s a high-end large flat that is impeccably decorated that has the perfect location! We loved our stay!
