Well appointed apartment with a touch of luxury. Loved the coffee maker and the seat in the window to watch the world go by. Superb location for town and golf.

Sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit ordentlicher Küchenausstattung inkl. reichlich Gewürzen , Essig, Öl, etc. . Absolut zum wohlfühlen . Sehr gemütliche Betten .
Im Hinterhof leider ein leichtes Rauschen einer Klimaanlage ? vom Nachbarhaus … , bei offenem Fenster ein wenig störend , wir haben trotzdem herrlich geschlafen ….

The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s in such a great location, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Little touches like breakfast supplies provided made it extra special. Lynne, who met us to check us in was fabulous, she was so accommodating when our arrival time changed and gave great recommendations for local places.

We loved everything! The host Lynne is fantastic, the contact person/owner Roberta is fantastic, the property is gorgeous and in a wonderful location... I had technical issues with my phone and Roberta made sure all was going well the entire time-so grateful:) We will be back!

Decorating!!! Good mirrors enough plug ins nice shower good reads well equipped kitchen
It is on a busy corner but honestly it was entertaining to watch the people and there was plenty of privacy. We also had no problem being above the establishment below us. It was very quiet at bed time. The walls in in this building are very tight.

Beautiful apartment located very close to the town center and less than 5 minutes from the first tee of the Old Course. Couldn’t have picked a nicer fitted apartment and location. Details were amazing inside, it’s clear there is great care put into it.

the location to supermarket, cafe, restaurants, pubs, golf course, the street surroundings, comfortable furnishings, all the comforts of home away from home.
The ease of access to everywhere we wanted to go in our visit to St Andrew’s. We will certainly visit again next year

Communication from the owner & apartment manager was excellent. The location was great, right in the middle of town for our golf trip to St Andrews, played the old, castle, Fairmont & the eden, all highly recommended. Free parking was readily available on the street opposite and there are plenty of amenities close by.
The apartment is kept to a very high standard with plenty of great touches.

Excellent communication from host. Central location close to free parking. Very well equipped property with everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. Felt very 'homely' with nice touches on arrival. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect - In the town centre and a short walk to the West Sands. Close to the long stay car park and the bus station. House is very well appointed and a great welcome pack was provided.

Perfect location for visiting the university. Lynne the property manager was super helpful and the flat was very well stocked upon arrival. Roberta the owner was also very easy to communicate with. This will be our top choice for all future stays in St Andrews.

Located in town centre so it was easy to access shops and restaurants, with free parking across the road and very near to bus station. Loved the decor and the owner's attention to detail throughout the flat, including all the Christmas touches. Don't be put off by location above a pub- never heard a thing! Flat is up a few steps but once inside, all on ground floor.

The check in was super easy. Sent code for a lock box. The host made us feel very welcome with the a few everyday food essentials, which was a nice touch. The flat was beautiful, decor warm and welcoming. We wanted to head back early in the evenings to relax there. The location for this apartment was fantastic, really close to the shops and restaurants. Free parking just accross the road. The bus station is just a 2 minute walk away. Would definately head back if return to St Andrews.
There isnt really anything that we didn't like about this apartment. We loved it. The only thing that may not appeal to everyone was that it was above a pub. Was a little busy outside on the Friday night but it wasn't noisy inside and didn't bother us.

This was indeed a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Very comfortable with everything we needed and some really nice welcoming touches and goodies. It's been beautifully renovated and refurbished with high quality furniture and bedding - very comfortable beds too. In a central spot in town with close access to everything. Good communication and clear instructions for entry to the flat.
