Reviewer Comments:
My mom, sister and I have been coming to Captiva for 37-years and this is the first time we've ever stayed in the same house 2 years in a row. We absolutely love 34 Sunset Captiva - it has everything you want and need for a Captiva beach vacation! The house is spacious, well-supplied and has a great selection of beach chairs! The cart was a great addition this year! Additionally, Albert with American Realty was incredibly responsive, attentive and generous! We can't wait to come back again in 2025!

Reviewer Comments:
the location is great! close to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. my only suggestion, as an adult staying in the room with twin beds, the addition of a dresser, or even drawers in the closet would be nice. and a mirror in the bedroom...and a better reading lamp. other than that, the place is perfect!

Good location. Close to the beach and pool. Lots of room for 5 adults. I've already contacted the management company alerting them to a number of things that should be attended to.
