Everything, the room was amazing. One of the best we have ever stayed in.
Aircon or a fan would have been useful in a small room.

The room was beautiful and only wished we were able to stay for longer to appreciate it.
The staff were very nice and couldn't do more for us.

Pros:
Good, central location on the river
Clean
Nice decor
Cons:
Main reason we booked was for the in-room bathtub - incredibly disappointing to find that the plug didn’t fully seal and so the bath continuously slowly drained whilst using it. Mentioned this to staff member when checking out and didn’t even receive an apology. Could’ve at least offered us a coffee on the house or something.
Check in - had to wait ages at the bar while they served drinks to get checked in. Would be a good idea to have a part of the bar reserved for check in customers.
Hallway leading to room was unbearably hot and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
