Ali was an excellent host throughout the stay. He was supportive, and provided helpful advice when needed aside from the bed sheets. Communication was clear and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. He was definitely the highlight of the experience as many people have mentioned.
We did not receive bed sheets despite requesting them multiple times and being assured they would be provided. The property was also not clean upon arrival. Although a cleaner came, we had to assist her. Additionally, there is no washing machine available at the property, which was an inconvenience.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities.
