Residenza cittadina emozionante, divertente e accogliente costruita nel 1883 con viste tranquille sullo skyline del centro cittadino e sul Grande Fiume Miami in un affascinante quartiere storico vicino al centro. Il RiverScape Metropark, il Levitt Pavilion e numerosi bar / ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. L'emozione del vivace distretto dell'Oregon è anche a pochi minuti, sia a piedi che in auto, sia WPAFB che Wright State University sono facilmente raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti!
Rimarrai colpito al tuo primo arrivo. La nostra residenza è spaziosa e molto pulita. Adoriamo le grandi finestre e l'abbondanza di luce naturale. La vista sul fiume dalle finestre al piano superiore è la nostra parte preferita della residenza cittadina e la vicinanza al divertimento, ovviamente. La nostra residenza cittadina è elegantemente arredata in modo vintage, moderno e boho. Inoltre, la residenza cittadina è stata recentemente sottoposta a un vasto rinnovamento, quindi quasi tutto, dal pavimento, alla vernice, alla cucina, agli apparecchi di illuminazione e ai bagni, è nuovo di zecca.

While the steps were a challenge, we were pleased with everything else.

The home is wonderful. The hosts are very welcoming, the hand written note was a wonderful surprise! It was nice to have a place so close to our wedding venue to do all of our staging for the weekend! Would highly recommend this home and would love to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you for everything!!

Awesome restoration of city townhome close to everything in Dayton. All new, modern appliances in perfect working condition. Everything you need and many special extras from an amazing host, Melanie. Will return just to stay in her beautiful home and walk the Miami riverfront trail and enjoy city parks and museums close by.

AWESOME
Perfect for our needs. Love the Riverwalk, the recommendation on restaurants were delicious. All the extras: baby high chair, gate and pack n play. Cold drinks, snacks, dimmer in hallway for kiddos night light and the CLEANLINESS were amazing. Thank you so much

Beautiful Inside, Inviting, and a real charm!
Melanie was fantastic, the property was wonderful, easy to take walks on the river walk, and had fantastic amenities inside that made it feel like a home away from home. Very enjoyable stay
Loved the location, with the riverside walks, nearby parks, and access to the city. The house was clean and comfortable, with a lot of style and charm, plus everything we needed for our stay--even drinks and snacks. Fast and friendly communication from the owner, including a personalized welcome note. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dayton!

Real townhome living.
What a great place to stay. Cheap IKEA furniture? Not here. Lux, comfortable furnishing, nice linens, clean and quiet.

Charming property
The house was spotlessly clean. It was decorated very nicely. We were able to walk across the street and walk on a nice trail beside the river and also across the bridge into Dayton. There was a very nice park just across the bridge that we really enjoyed. We were able to meet the owner in person and she was very friendly. Thank you for the home away from home.

Short Stop-Over
We were traveling from North Carolina to Wisconsin and were looking for some place to stop that was roughly half-way. We figured to get in, eat some dinner, go to bed and take off in the morning. When we got there, we loved the home, and when we walked to a restaurant to get something to eat, we really liked the area as well. Unfortunately most of the other businesses were closed by then, so we weren't able to explore them too much.
Then next morning, after checking out, we just walked around the area, exploring some of the historic neighborhoods in the area. We found Dayton to be very nice, and are considering coming back to visit Dayton again, as we feel that we weren't able to properly explore.
The home is very neat and clean, and our contacts with Kelley were always nice and prompt (even when I messaged her the night we got in and asked for restaurant recommendations!).
We highly recommend visiting Dayton and staying at this home.

Pleasantly surprised
When we arrived I was a bit scared that the pictures wouldn't match what we saw on the website. When I opened the door it was everything I booked and more. This townhouse is a gem. The owner Melanie left me a note with welcoming instructions and heartfelt words. The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy. My only minor complaint would be the Wi-Fi on my phone not working properly but that's because I have horrible service LOL. Thank you again Melanie for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful place
Very beutiful place and owner was wonderful. I do not suggest staying if you have an elderly family member tho. Did not realize how steep steps are and she has crutches to walk and that was a task for sure. Not handicap accessible but we made it work.

Great location and interior
Very convenient location for walking to downtown. Inside is super clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Manager is great and communicates perfectly. Only complaints are shower is a bit cramped, upstairs is a little warm (but to be fair it was very hot outside during our stay), and exterior of property is pretty old. But overall a very nice place

Perfect House
This place was perfect for our fun weekend in Dayton! The house was clean, and the owners were very accommodating. The house was close to downtown Dayton and in a lovely historical district. Luv luv loved it!!

Great place and location. My 26 yo daughter even was impressed! Between location, view, kitchen and comforts it was hard to beat.
