Location and kitchen.
I couldn't sleep because of the stench. and bed has many bed bugs. The smell of rotting fish vibrates. and an unfriendly host who can't be reached. Even if I made a request, he was no response, and I almost couldn't enter the accommodation. I met the worst host in the world.

The apartment had a good price, quite clean, but in the attic, behind the bed, it was dusty.
The location of the apartment is quite good, having several supermarkets around.
-the unbearable smell of fish, the smell reaches the apartment.
- the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the stairwell smells horribly of fish. the entrance stairs are quite steep,
-the building entrance door cannot be closed.
- the door at the entrance to the apartment is quite thin and the doors from the apartments below show signs of being forced, which worried me.
- the bedroom is in the attic, and the stairs are extremely steep, if you are older or overweight you will definitely sleep on the couch.
- the bed is extremely uncomfortable, I had terrible back pain, the pillows are also very uncomfortable.
- we only had two towels for our 5-day stay, therefore insufficient.
-single use house slippers would have been welcome, as they help keep the apartment clean and are very cheap

Very central location - convenient for everything
Flat is on 3rd floor, no elevator, access up a very steep and narrow staircase. Just getting there with suitcases would have been difficult for an older person (we are both over 60). Access to bedroom is so steep it's ridiculous - not a staircase, more like a built in ladder. There is no warning of this in the details for the property. It should be made clear that access requires good mobility and strength - and that the property is unsuitable for the elderly or disabled.

Only problem was fish smell at entrance as apartment is on top of fishmongers but as actual apartment was 3 floors up it did not affect the stay.

Well appointed and cosy duplex apartment!
