The location is very convenient. A lot of interesting shops around. Staffs are very friendly and can speak very well english. They are able to make recommendation of interesting places to go around and eat. They even provide umbrella when it is rain. The hotel has locker for you to keep your luggages if you reach early before your check-in time or your flight is later then your check-out time. The coin laundry machine is very convenient too.

The breakfast choice is repeating. Kind of get bored after 3days. However, the selection is still reasonable and it does'nt bother us too much as we have good cafe and market's food around.

I had a day to explore Seoul at the end of a three-week work trip elsewhere in Korea. A short hope to the Palace, the old and wonderful town and a main shopping street. All boxes ticked in terms of location. A comfortable bed, great shower, ample International breakfast buffet. And well-organised locker room for left luggage after check-out. Great value, fabulous location. Would recommend.

살짝 방음이 아쉽다

인사동, 광화문, 삼청동, 북촌, 서촌, 종로,익선동 등등 서울 중심부 여행하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 청계천이나 을지로 명동도 걸어서 가기 좋아요. 호텔 바로 아래층 ‘안녕 인사동’과 근처에 카페나 식당들이 많아서 편리합니다. 바로 아래에는 편의점도 있어서 아주 편리해요. 고층 조계사뷰 룸에서 보이는 조계사와 빌딩들의 야경도 멋지고, 옆쪽 빌딩들 사이로 경복궁도 보입니다. 서울 중심가에서 이렇게 한국의 멋진 전경을 담은 호텔은 찾아보기 힘듭니다.

프리미어 뷰 스위트룸의 구조가 불편하게 되어 있습니다. 침대에서 화장실까지의 가려면 좀 불편해요. 칸막이가 아늑한 느낌을 더해주지만, 막혀있는 끝부분에 입구를 하나 더 만들던지 칸막이 구조를 조금 변경하면 좋을것 같습니다.

The location was excellent, closed to every tourist place, this hotel is actually connected with famous building with shops and restaurants and cafe. Breakfast was great too!

We loved the location of the hotel, as well as the general atmosphere of quietness and yet it was near the Anguk metro station. We also liked that it was near places to eat.

We were fine with everything.

아침 조식 메뉴가 다양하지는 않아 아쉽긴했지만 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치는 인사동에 바로 있어서 접근성이 아주좋았습니다.

객실이 다소 좁았던 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

The location is perfect for shopping and seeing the historic sites.

The buffet breakfast is nice but expensive. The individual room A/C's are turned off in winter and the hotel temperature is far too hot - we had to open the window, (snowing outside!) to stop overheating.

Location is the highest point of this hotel, everything is close and convenient for you. The facilities are great and the staff was always ready to help, especially the people working in the restaurant.

The options available during breakfast are always the same, the weight room is really small. The laundry room is costly.

Hotel is easy to locate after alighted from Airport Shuttle Bus. Walkable to train station. The children like the bunk bed. Good to have a cushioned bench and table which is an added value for family to sit to have meals. The vanity table with the flip up mirror is cool. Can keep cosmetics inside the drawer. Adults were given free welcome drink.

Very upset that Family Room does not provide breakfast vouchers for children. It does not make sense that only adults breakfast are included in the room package. Hotel guests need to pay separately for their children's breakfast.

The hotel is in an ideal location for both visiting the key historical sights and for shopping. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal for a family of three. There are local restaurants in the same complex and on nearby streets.

It was all good as far as we were concerned.

The room is great. Nothing to fault on the hotel. This location is for people who want to stay at Insadong and visit Ikseondong or walk to Bukchon and Gyeongbukgong palace.

It may be a little far from the usual pick up points for day tours, both Myeongdong and Hongik university station.

Location was perfect, just 1/2 block from the airport bus stop and 1/4 block from the Anuk Station. Easy walking distance to the Gyeonbokgung Palace and Chandeokgung Palace and all the lanes of Insodong. Some of the rooms look over Jogyesa Temple. They have lots of self storage lockers for luggage which is great while waiting for a room or if you check out and have a late flight or doing a temple stay and need a place to store the luggage over night.

Unique lay out of the hotel with check in on the 5th floor. The towels all seemed to be on their last legs as they all had threads on the edges. Being near the temple is great, but the monks ring the bell at 4:30am so you may be woken up by a low bong 14 times as the temple across the street starts its day.

立地、安国駅から近く北村韓屋村、景福宮など観光地が近く徒歩圏内で行ける。韓国らしい観光地に行きたい人にはおすすめ。

洗面所のコンセントがグラグラしておりドライヤーの接触が悪くちょっと使いづらかった。違うお部屋に変えてもらうのも面倒だったので今回はそのままでがまんしたが。

旅の目的がこの地域の観光でしたの、アクセスが良く満足です。

ベッドの寝具をめくると、髪の毛が…2箇所に… 気持ち悪かったのですが、遅い時間でフロントに言っても 寝るのが遅くなるし、と思い自分で解決というか軽く掃除して、避けて寝ました。

Location was great. Hotel is central to many historic sites, shopping, food/street markets, and tons of restaurants.

I had an exceptional stay here and visited for 10 nights. I'd definitely recommend this hotel (and the other Nine Tree Hotels in Seoul). ROOM: The room is spacious and clean, with thorough room cleaning done daily. I was also impressed with how quiet the rooms were. The bed itself was really comfortable, there was a smart toilet (seat heating, a bidet, automated flushing, etc) in the bathroom, and I was beyond comfortable during my stay. I also LOVED the toiletries - the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing. FACILITIES: The WiFi was always fast. I made use of the luggage storage on my last day (free for 12 hrs) with no issues. The coin-laundry services were one of the reasons I chose this hotel - there are washers, dryers, and they're all reasonably priced. There are also enough machines that I never had to wait for other guests. STAFF: All the staff I interacted with were professional and kind. For instance, someone swooped in to show me how to use the detergent vending machine (for coin laundry) and when I accidentally locked myself out of my room safe, they sent someone up within 3 minutes to help me. The room management staff were also very kind, always greeting me and wishing me a good day when we passed in the halls. LOCATION: The hotel is situated on Insadong's main road - a perfect location for any tourist as there are loads of traditional stores, restaurants, and tea houses to visit. Public transportation (metros) are also very short walks away, making the hotel a great central place to stay.

Excellent location, very nice rooms, friendly staff!

The location is quite near to tourist spots - gyeongbukgung palace, insadong, myeongdong and ikseondong - everythings is just a couple of subway stops away. The hotel is also connected to a small mall with restaurants, shops and cafes,although the insadong area is deserted after 11pm. The layout and size of the room is also good and comfortable for 2 people with large luggages

The staff are impersonal and doest not seem to be friendly or engaging

Great location, comfortable room with exceptional view

The location was impeccable! Right smack in the middle of Insadong and minutes of walking distance away from Anguk station. It’s tied with the Anyoung Insadong mall so there were cafes and flea market just downstairs. Hotel is modern and advanced, having auto storage lockers for guests to store their luggages without needing to seek reception’s assistance. Auto checkout via machine system was efficient as well. My room was facing Jogyesa as well, good view. This was a good find.

I didn’t like that our room had the vanity and sink outside of the toilet so the water could wet the floor outside. Preferred if the vanity was co-located with the toilet and bathing area like how the triple room was like. The lifts were segregated so guests would have to change lift to go to the room or leave the hotel.

Bed is very nice! Staff are very kindfll.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and right in the middle of all the major stores and attractions.

Good location with plenty of good eateries (853, Onion) nearby. The room was clean with a good range of facilities included. Staff were attentive and polite and able to speak good English.
