Local beach and other beaches in area absolutely stunning.
Need to made more aware that the wifi is not available only on Telsta? so we had nothing at all and would have liked to have known about this long before we did. Also had to boil tap water, couldn't a water dispenser be available?

beautifully & thoughtfully designed & furnished. It was very comfortable & quiet. A truly relaxing stay! Staff were friendly & easy to communicate with. can’t wait to return!
My only suggestion would be some portable/ oils heaters or extra blankets in the bedrooms as they did get quite chili over night but this is such a minor issue compared to everything else in the house. It would not deter me from coming back

Beautiful house.
Natural light. Very comfortable. Great facilities. Immaculate.
There was no milk on arrival and we property is out of town. Property advertises the different coffee facilities they offer so was disappointed to have no milk.
A lot of requirements on departure regarding cleaning when a bond and cleaning fees were charged on top of booking.

Beautiful modern house in a quiet location
As there is poor mobile reception, maybe wifi should be considered.

Lovely modern home with everything needed for an overnight or months stay. Quiet setting among bush gardens close to the beach. A power outage on arrival made for a difficult start but Matt, our host, was in touch & communicating to resolve any issues.
Mobile coverage not great in the area, especially if an emergency arose, but obviously not a fault of the house or host.

Beautiful home in great location. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds comfortable. Lovely outlook from every window. Warm and comfortable.
A bit pricey.

We had such a wonderful time at Bailey’s. House was very clean and the beds were so comfy. A lovely modern place to stay. Would definitely stay again!
