Beautiful spot! Hot tub was awesome! Very clean. Great neighborhood!

LOved the location at the foot of Mt Jumbo. We could watch the elk from the hot tub. We were able to enjoy a nice christmas dinner with all the amenities of the kitchen. thanks

I rented this place over Thanksgiving where five humans and one dog stayed and had a nice, relaxing time cooking, eating, napping, eating and watching movies. And the yard was great for my pup. Hardly even noticed the trains!

We had a great time with family. The house easily fit all of us, especially in the backyard. We have a spa at home, so the spa directions were not that hard to follow. The best part of the location, is the public access stream across the street. We spent alot of time there! We met the neighbor, he was very nice and friendly. I have no complaints and would book again!

Loved our stay, the amenities and the location! A little cramped for sleeping 7 adults but it worked out well!

This property was perfect for us. Close to the KettleHouse, fenced yard for our elderly dog (although he was able to push the gate open while we ran to town, the nice neighbor returned him), close to river access, and clean & comfy. The house is dated but clean, with nice bed and bath linens, themed bedrooms, newer TV and W/D, and the trains never barreled through or caused too much noise, in fact it was fun seeing them. We are all from MT so it was no surprise to have a bear in our garbage, we didn’t hear it or see it, but had to pick up the mess (including trash in the can from previous renters). Everyone was very happy with this rental and it was the perfect location for our family to gather, relax, laugh, and enjoy each other. Thank you!!

Very nice place in a quite area- even the train is very quiet :) Super easy getting on and off the interstate as well. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the patience and communication with the owner when we needed to. Highly recommend for your Montana trip!

Matt was very easy to work with, he made sure everything was dialed away. We had a question about the hot tub, boom, he responded. Despite only having one bathroom, 8 people in the house didn’t have any issues with that. The hot tub was great, the horseshoes were fantastic, the train going by was not bothersome at all (quite quiet actually), and the commute to Kettlehouse was a breeze. This place being dog friendly was a huge bonus, the back yard was perfect for the puppers to have space to play. Great spot would definitely come back.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood super close to downtown. Enjoyed all the picturesque mountains surrounding the property. The house itself is great and has accommodating amenities. The passing trains were no big deal, hardly hear them and they move slow and was a big hit with our kids.

Kids loved the games, big backyard and hot tub. Great house! Had everything we needed and very responsive hosts.

Nice house, location is easy to get in and out of. House is stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Hot tub was nice. Have not ever owned or maintained a hottub so no idea about the chemicals. Instructions for how to use the hottub and chemicals was confusing as the chemicals may have changed and chlorine was not available or labeled? Tried to contact property manager multiple times about questions with no response. Booking was easy. Overall, everything turned out well and the house is nice.

So much fun! Right outside downtown Missoula. Heads up, the outdoor spa has a ring camera watching. That’s a little creepy. Besides that, we will be back to visit Harvey!

Nice house, exactly as pictured. Very useful bathroom with 2 sinks and separate shower/toilet area. Well stocked with towels, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs in the backyard. No time to use the hot tub. Nice neighborhood; trains at night, but that's to be expected. House stayed cool and comfortable despite high daytime temps. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.
