Appartamento T2, esposto a sud, recentemente ristrutturato, in una residenza tranquilla e chiusa, accesso diretto al sentiero doganale e spiaggia sottostante.
10 minuti a piedi dalla costa del Thalasso.
Tutti gli arredi e le attrezzature dell'appartamento sono nuovi.
Godrai dei mobili da giardino e delle sdraio sull'ampio balcone, non trascurato, di fronte al mare, la vista è meravigliosa!
IMPORTANTE: un deposito di 200 euro sarà richiesto al vostro arrivo e restituito al momento della partenza. Pacchetto noleggio biancheria da letto: 40 € Pacchetto pulizia: 40 €

The apartment is located a very attractive 20-minute walk from the town centre. Located in a gated community with a specific parking place, it is very secure. The community residents (owners and renters) are a mix of older couples and young families, but it is quiet at night. The apartment, on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. While it is quite small, it is very well provided for. The bedroom is rather small - the double bed fills almost the entire space - but very comfortable; and the wardrobe space in the hall is fine. The owner is charming and very helpful. We are more than happy to recommend it!

Une très belle expérience dans cet appartement, situé dans un résidence face à la mer.
Idéal pour deux personnes, mais avec la possibilité d'en loger jusqu'à 4, est petit et très bien agencé, très propre et avec une ambiance relaxante et cosy. La terrasse est agréable avec une vue sur la mer qui fait rêver.
Très bon accueil de Madame Dominique, qui est sympa et à l'écoute. La chambre est très petite, mais le lit est commode, la fenêtre fait entrer l'air frais et nous y avons dormi très bien.
Aux alentours il y a des belles promenades à faire et refaire.
Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described.
No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly cleaned at all. A large hole in the corner of living room ceiling. Overall couldn’t fault the location but the bedroom is unsatisfactory. Pity!!
