I'll try to attach the pictures below I asked the owner to do something to change the pillows, the towels are dirty, the pots and pans are simply not suitable for use, she refuses to do anything (I have photos, I will try to attach them below), the owner does not care about the comfort and safety of her clients, she cares about money and the fact that the client paid to spend a vacation with her family, that's it was not interested. She even told me not to disturb her anymore.

Spacious, clean and good amenities

you have to pay a €400 deposit you have to pay for electric at the end of your stay air con is needed continually as it’s so warm

Breakfast was not part of the deal. We loved the location, so near the swimming pools. We also loved the two balconies. The studio was totally clean on arrival The people we dealt with, Elena and Oksana (and Oksana's husband) were friendly, polite and helpful. If we had a question we would message them and they replied very quickly with a useful answer. The shuttle bus to the beach was very helpful

The points I am going to make are simply suggestions for some changes and should not be construed as complaints. We loved our stay at Caesar Resort and the positives greatly outweighed any negatives. We were in a studio flat that had a "half-curtain" separating the bed area from the dining/kitchen area. We would have liked it if the curtain had gone right across, so if we wanted to sleep at different times, we could have done so without the light from the person awake disturbing the person asleep. Also regarding curtains, darker curtains at the main window would have kept the light out better in the early morning. The live music coming from Lucca restaurant could be very loud at times, to the point I couldn't make a phone call from our studio in Marius. This was not the fault of the proprietors of our accommodation, but the restaurant should be told. It was only a problem at limited times. mainly 8 to 11 pm at the weekends and some weekday nights.

The location of the apartment was extremely beautiful.

The internet speed could be better however it was alright.

The property was very clean, lovely views, this is like a 5 star hotel, I think I counted 15 plus swimming pools a lovely lady called Elena, messaged us prior to holiday to help them was there throughout our stay, they went the extra mile, there’s lots to do in the resort. If your thinking of booking it’s a must! You won’t be disappointed 5star for the price of a 3, 🤩🤩🤩
