The sunsets were amazing, the beach was very clean and nice for a swim. The seating was on the grass above the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The host, whose communication was excellent, kept us informed of the beach situation, which we appreciated. Great restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery stores, and we didn't need a rental car. We would stay here again!

We love visiting the Cayman's! This property was perfect for our stay. Clean, very convenient to excellent dining and shopping. The beautiful Foster's grocery store is very nice if you choose to cook in or grab nicely prepared fresh food from the deli.
My husband liked the assigned parking spots for each condo.
Both the pool area and the beach area are very clean and well kept, so relaxing! Highly recommend! We look forward to booking a future stay here again.

My wife and I recently returned from a week stay at Cayman Reef Resort #1. It was a perfect base camp for us to explore the Island. We like to rent a car and explore as much of a Caribbean Island during our stays as possible so we were looking for a good rental value with a nice place to lay our head at night. Let me start by saying the best thing about renting CRRVR #1 was Marc. He was very organized providing great information and communication before and during our stay. CRRVR#1 was just the good value place we were looking for, recently renovated as advertised with a reasonable cost. The beach apparently took a hit in the last storm so it is very narrow compared to the beach further north where the big resorts like the Westin are but those are much more expensive and even in off season packed with people. CRR was quiet and we had our morning coffee sitting in the shared Adirondack chairs looking out at the ocean and took in some beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on several nights. Since the entire stretch of 7 Mile Beach is open to the public with many “Public Beach Access” paths between the big resorts we were able to take our portable chairs to many different parts of 7 Mile, buy a frozen drink or have a nice sit-down lunch at the big resort’s pool bars without the premium price tag to stay there. We found some very, light weight, comfortable, collapsible chairs online to bring with us and I highly recommend doing so if you want to comfortably explore different par

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights 5/13/23 - 5/18/23. The condo is very walkable to restaurants and shopping and has a beautiful beach area with loungers and umbrellas. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Proximity to the beach was incredible. Also, the condo was conveniently located near a big grocery store, many restaurants we enjoyed, and shopping. Our host, Marc, was very responsive both before and throughout our stay. He was very accommodating to resolve any issues we had during our stay. He is highly thoughtful and organized as far as setting expectations for what is available in the condo and at the property. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Marc’s accommodations.

Condo was beautiful, clean and excellent location within walking distance of restaurants & liquor store.
Best communication ever! Marc answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He sent a packet of information ahead of my stay about check in, condo contents, transpo, general info about the area, restaurants, etc. It took out all the guesswork which causes vaca stress. Everyone should follow the same level of communication!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman. Marc was super helpful sending information before we arrived and then gave us some more helpful tips once we got there. The condo is perfectly situated near yummy restaurants, dive shops, bus routes and a stroll away from Camana Bay and Fosters grocery store. As a result we did not miss having a car. The beach access is lovely and all the residents and guests we met were really nice. Snorkeling right off the beach was also fun! Highly recommend, we will definitely be back! Thanks again Marc!

Property was very clean and in good condition. Pool and ocean is just outside your patio doors. Our host, Marc, called us to make sure all our needs were met and helped resolve a problem with the tv on the phone. We ate dinner out a lot and all the restaurants were only a two minute walk from our condo. We recommend Cimboco, Peppers, and Bonfire. We met so many friendly people just sitting by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Marc’s place. The condo was nice, clean and centrally located. Marc had fresh fruits, juice and water for us when we got there. We had a great time in Grand Cayman and would definitely return and stay in Marc’s place again.

We've never stayed at a VRBO place before and we were pleasantly surprised by this unit. The pictures portray this unit accurately as well as the amenities mentioned. It was very nice, clean and plenty of space for my wife and myself. The area was close to everything and that includes the beach. Communication with Marc was very good. We noticed a small issue with the patio door that I had emailed him and within the hour, he had called the unit personally to address the issue. I would rent from Marc and this property again.

Mark’s property was precisely as described. His communication from beginning to end was prompt and complete. He always had our comfort in mind. The bed was super comfortable. The sofa was also a nice place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a vita mix. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the condo and all the amenities within it. It is modern and recently upgraded, which is something you do not often see in many properties Cayman. We would happily rent from Mark again, and if you decide to rent from him, you will also be most pleased.

Fabulous, well-appointed, clean, perfectly located condo! It is literal steps from the pristine beach & centrally located with plenty to do within walking distance. The complex is quiet, gorgeous, and engenders a feeling of being in your own private paradise. Communication with the owner was thorough, extremely helpful and informative, and excellent! The condo was spotless, has top of the line, comfortable furnishings & linens, all of the essentials and a ton of surprise bonuses (such as a welcome basket with fresh fruit and snacks, beach umbrellas, beach towels, coffee pods, pool noodles, laundry detergent, etc.). We loved our stay and eagerly look forward to returning!

We had a great, 10-day vacation at this property. The condo was the perfect size for a couple and everything was well stocked and convenient. We especially appreciated Marc's helpfulness and responsiveness both before and during our stay.

Great location on Seven Mile Beach.
Beautiful landscaping. The beach is beautiful but appears to have undergone some erosion. Well decorated unit with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance of Camana Bay and many nice restaurants. The main negatives are the Royal Palms is a short distance away and gets crowded with the cruise ship crowd on the weekdays. There were as many as 5 ships docked on a single day. Also, unless you are going to get up very early to claim an umbrella, which is not a vacation for me, you need to be happy with chairs or bring the smaller but adequate beach umbrella from the unit and set it up every day.

1st trip to Grand Cayman
This condo is as advertised. The unit is nice, updated, has a nice pool, access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas, and in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. The unit was fully equipped with everything you’d need to have during your stay. We are divers so the only thing I could see that would need to be added is maybe some hooks or a hanging shelf outside on the patio for our gear. There is a folding drying rack and while good for small items like swim suits and shoes, it wasn’t great for wetsuits. However, that’s really a non-issue and wouldn’t deter us from staying there again at all. The booking process was seamless. Communication with the owner was easy. Marc was very up front and honest about some upcoming renovations to the overall property that would be taking place during our stay. He gave us the option to move units if we felt it would be an issue. The work took place during the day while we were gone so it never bothered us. He also called and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok after we arrived. You are within walking distance to several places to eat and the Camana Bay shopping district, but we decided to rent a car. It was definitely beneficial to us. Overall this unit is a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely recommend it in the future and look forward to staying again.

Close to lots of good things. Unit 1 is a very nice condo.
The maintenance company is constantly keeping up the pool and grounds. Unit 1 is a very short walk to the beach and just east of the pool. Very easy to walk to plenty of good food such as Royal Palms, and short ride to good eats like Luca at Royal Caribbean and plenty of other nice places. Very nice updates to Unit 1, itself. Beautiful granite and glass, first class appliances. Great porch. Quiet. If you walk up to Royal Palms (first street to the north I think, up West Bay and on same side of street) the bar and food at Royal Palms is a big cruise and hotel guest destination, so you can find a professional driver in a jiff, or just grab a great sandwich and drink. You are right in the middle of 7 mile's action here.

Amazing stay at the Cayman Reef Resort!
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Cayman Reef Resort. The unit has all the amenities and was nicely updated. We went during the week of July 4th and the resort was not over-crowded. Never had an issue finding lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach. It's also within a quick walk to Camana Bay, a shopping and dining destination with a multitude of restaurants. There also is a beach club two properties away that is easily accessible for music, food, and drinks. Mark was very responsive and easy to work with when we had questions. We had a great stay and would come back again!

The condo was in a complex on the beach. It is well equipped and maintained. The owner has considered the needs of guests in a very complete way. There is fruit and cold water/juice for guests on arrival, a keyless and keyed entry, a safe for valuables, cookware, a a portable cooler (the unit also has an icemaker in the freezer). More than adequate hot water, a washer/dryer, complex provided beach chairs and a central location make this unit an attractive option for travelers. We would return again.

The owners did an excellent job of updating the condo and providing information so we knew what to expect before arriving. Once we got there the owners checked in on us via email and ensured everything was satisfactory. We loved the condo with its location and private stretch of beach on Seven Mile Beach. Picture pefect on Seven Mile Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at Cayman Reef Resort. From our daily walks on the beach, my husband and I agreed this place had the best beach front of the other places on Seven Mile Beach. The beach area was clean and the grounds were well maintained by the property staff.
The unit itself was clean and very well maintained with all the comforts of home. From the fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig to a barbeque grill to washer and dryer in the unit, we needed for absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
We rented a car for 3 days, and then used the public buses during our stay for getting around town. It's not necessary to rent a car, though, but we did so we could explore on our own time. Also, having the car during our first few days made it easier for grocery shopping. Note: Grocery stores are closed on Sundays. Also, liquor and beer are not sold at the grocery stores. We found good pricing at the Tortuga shop across the street Cayman Reef Resort.
This was our very first booking using VRBO and it was hassle-free. The owner, Marc, went above and beyond answering all of our questions to ensure we had an incredible stay.
We're already planning our trip back to Cayman Reef Resort next year.

Perfect stay along Seven Mile Beach
Wish I could leave 6 stars! The condo is perfect with access to the pool and private beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Marc was the best host and thought of everything. He answered all our questions - and we had a lot considering we were traveling with a 1.5 year old! We hope to stay at unit 1 again!

Beautiful, well-stocked condo in perfect 7 Mile Beach location
My new hubby and I stayed in Unit 1 for our honeymoon. We were a little nervous not to stay in a resort, but after arriving and seeing what we got in the condo vs the big hotels - we'd never do Cayman any other way! The complex is peaceful and quiet, and in a perfect location. We walked to dinner at a different restaurant every night, and rented snorkel equipment from the diver supply store right across the street. The Royal Palm Beach Club is right next door - fun place to go for a tropical drink and really get on vacation mode. Marc is an amazing host and checked in a few times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was clean, beautifully renovated, well-stocked, spacious, and a very comfortable place for us to spend the week. Marc has thought of all the little details - like a cooler for the beach and drying rack for your suits. You have a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the patio, and are just steps from world famous Seven Mile Beach. The unit is at the back of the complex, but we didn't mind that - we enjoyed having the quiet at the end of the day. I highly recommend staying in Unit 1 or any of Marc's units - you can't go wrong! We're already planning to come back and stay in one of his 3 bedrooms with our extended family :) Enjoy!

Nicely updated, fully equipped, clean condo in good location.
We were quite happy with our selection of this unit. We looked at other hotels and condos and ultimately found a great place. While this unit was at the back of the property, you could still see the ocean from the patio. Walking to the beach was quite easy being a ground floor unit. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quite soft. The bed size in the description said queen, it seemed to be the same size as our king at home so we were quite pleased about that. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners had some apples, bananas, fruit punch, and waters available when we got there. We met the owner while we there and while we did not have any issues, it seemed like he had the resources readily available to take care of any problems promptly..... seemed like a very good owner that wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted.

My husband and I stayed in Marc’s condo for our anniversary after deciding to not stay in a hotel. This was the best decision ever. It’s the perfect location! Literally walking distance to Great restaurant and entertainment.
We arrived a bit early when the condo was being cleaned. I think this made me love it even more seeing how well it was being cleaned it satisfied my germaphobia quick.
There was also fruit and water available to us complimentary. Marc also gave us a call to check on us. A+ customer service! We will definitely stay here again and refer all of our friends.
